The Ross located at Pinecrest plaza is a much better store than any other stores I been too. It's organized and clean. Other stores I been to are messy and items scattered on the floor. This one in Pinecrest I can find what I need without any problems. The best to go to!!

Restrooms are locked and no one there to unlock them. Cashiers will take their time to go unlock them for you (even though there are no customers to check out).
Carts are not allowed outside, so I had to drag my heavy bags (got some rugs) to the car.

My Personal experience
Thank you, Ross. Every month, we travel to Miami for my mother’s healthcare. During an emergency trip, we had to go without packed bags, leaving Mom without clothes. At Ross, I found everything she needed, including soft bedroom slippers that fit her newly amputated toe.
My shopping experience: In Miami, you often feel under surveillance, but not here. Shopping is easy and enjoyable. As a pleasantly plump woman with a size 10 shoe, I always discover special treasures. Many thanks! 🙏🏾
