Jerome has been phenomenal in the purchase of our two Sleep Number beds. From the moment we walked into the store, he explained the usefulness of the beds for a great night sleep up to the delivery of the beds. It was great having Jerome as our salesman!!!!l P.S. we are sleeping 110% better than the standard foam mattress.

As usual, the sales agents are great. However, have them explain the warranty in detail before you make your purchase. I was told it was a 15-year warranty but is limited. My matress is deflating on one side, and they are telling me I have to purchase both sides. $230 and the bed is not even 3 years since I purchased. I wish I had read all their reviews, I would've never bought from sleep number.

I purchased a $5.000 smart mattress a month ago, to this date, Sleep number has still not been able to make it work in spite of 3 technicians and 3 compressor replacement.
So after 1 month and 3 days missing work to welcome their technician, I decide to return their mattress for malfunction, but they are charging me $249 returning fee while it's not me changing my mind but their mattress not working.

Great experience at Sleep Number at Pinecrest, and great customer service! Carlos was very helpful and took his time to explain everything we needed to know in detail to help us make the best decision. We are very pleased with our purchase. Highly recommend them!
