The pharmacy staff is the worst. Horrible service, they never pick the phone, they put you on hold for like 30+ minutes, they take forever for refills, just don't do it..no wonder why walgreens as a company is collapsing..your service to your customers sucks.

I just transferred all my prescriptions to this Walgreens and I cannot emphasize enough What a pleasure it has been dealing with the pharmacy staff and with the pharmacist, in particular, Amy. All I can say is that so far they are so much nicer and cooperative and Cvs was.

Horrible place. Wait time as dreadful as the employees will talk on the phone or other people about non work related things instead of working. A 20 minute wait for medication took 50 minutes because they decided to celebrate a customers birthday instead of working

Never ever has the prescription ready , the pharmacist doesn’t care if you need your meds, the associates are even worse I once asked the associate if they care and she said no… when I had cancer the pharmacist refused to fill the script I desperately needed

No compassion for keeping the community safe. Online it says the pharmacy is open until 6pm, so I went at 5:40 to get a flu shot. I waited in line for 8 minutes and when it was my turn and I said I needed a flu shot they told me that they would not give it to me and my daughter because they closed in 10 minutes. This is terrible service during flu season.

Horrible Walgreens! Horrible! Turn around and walk out the door! And don't even get started on the pharmacy. I'm surprised it's still open and operating. Medication errors, ridiculously horrible customer service. Please someone pay attention.

Worst pharmacy ever. I came here for the COVID vaccine. When it was my turn, I gave her my id, insurance card and other info. It took her an hour to put this info in the computer and gave me a paper to fill out. I also saw other people complaining. People also jumped the line. People with 11am appointment finished everything much earlier than the people with 1030am appointment even though the earlier appointments people got here earlier too. A person behind me also got the vaccine earlier than me.

I called the pharmacy around 11:00AM on Dec. 27 I waited on hold for over 15 min. They keep saying hold on please and put me back on hold until I was left on hold with the line open. I could hear the staff chatting until they hung up on me. I was never assisted. Terrible customer service.
