No compassion for keeping the community safe. Online it says the pharmacy is open until 6pm, so I went at 5:40 to get a flu shot. I waited in line for 8 minutes and when it was my turn and I said I needed a flu shot they told me that they would not give it to me and my daughter because they closed in 10 minutes. This is terrible service during flu season.

Horrible Walgreens! Horrible! Turn around and walk out the door! And don't even get started on the pharmacy. I'm surprised it's still open and operating. Medication errors, ridiculously horrible customer service. Please someone pay attention.

Worst pharmacy ever. I came here for the COVID vaccine. When it was my turn, I gave her my id, insurance card and other info. It took her an hour to put this info in the computer and gave me a paper to fill out. I also saw other people complaining. People also jumped the line. People with 11am appointment finished everything much earlier than the people with 1030am appointment even though the earlier appointments people got here earlier too. A person behind me also got the vaccine earlier than me.

I called the pharmacy around 11:00AM on Dec. 27 I waited on hold for over 15 min. They keep saying hold on please and put me back on hold until I was left on hold with the line open. I could hear the staff chatting until they hung up on me. I was never assisted. Terrible customer service.

I will give zero stars to the unprofessional staff working here. I had to call manager on duty today to ask the current pharmacist who was "vaccinating someone in the room" to have her speed up process as she was sitting down just talking with the patient irrelevant stuff instead of doing her job which was vaccinate patient and move on with the next.Came here as my son needed his 2nd dose vaccine had an appointment at 4:15 pm and it is now 5 pm and I'm still waiting... only had one patient who was already in the room ready to get vaccine. I will suggest get your vaccine elsewhere and don't waste your time with this unprofessional staff. Save your time !

The pharmacist, Sharon Martell's is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. Customers are there for their medicines and you are too lazy to check the 3 messages my doctor left in the last 14 hours. When her Uber eats got there. She said to the staff member I am leaving on my break 15 minutes early. I said please before your go check your voicemail - I been waiting for my medicine for 2 hours! She confirmed my doctor left message but "we don't have in stock" she never checked to see if she had it or had a generic version of it. If you need medicine... DO NOT GO HERE!

Very slow in pharmacy. Ridiculous- conversations while a large line forms. If more than 2 people in line , come back. Wait will be long.

Just had to try to balance out the negativity bc this place is so fantastic! I love the way they never fail to greet customers!!! The cashiers are always friendly, the "beauty aisle" woman is super motivated...and the pharmacy staff goes over and beyond to assist customers. They are so friendly and helpful and I always see them working to resolve insurance issues or prescription problems or whatever complications might arise. I really think this is a well-run location with a good professional team, so just wanted to acknowledge that!

Never had any issues. Expect for long long line at pharmacy usually due to the pharmaceutical and insurance companies these days. The employees are always nice and always provide help if asked .

I'm appalled at the level of service and pharmacy care.. my father in law went to get his rx filled at this Walgreens after his local publix unfortunately did not have it in stock. So he made a few calls and was able to find his meds available here. After he arrived and waited 40 minutes to get it, he was told abruptly by the pharmacist that she was not able to give him meds. She said that those pills do not interact well with others he takes. So she declined giving him his meds, my father in law explained that she was welcome to call his dr ( who's prescribed these for over 3 yrs) so he can give his ok, ( as he did in the publix pharmacy) she refused and basically made it her call to decide not to give my father in law his meds,. I feel that she did not make any effort in helping my sick father in law by refusing to give him meds he needs to take daily for his ongoing condition.. it's appalling to me that she took this as her call when I believe if his dr has prescribed those meds along with those she mentioned don't interact well with them, to him she had no right to decide what a person can or cannot take, Ive already written an email to Walgreens corporate office about this employees behavior which is truly appalling and very unlike the behavior of any other Walgreens pharmacy personnel.. please avoid coming to this Walgreens especially if you have a condition that you MUST take meds daily, ,, very disappointed
