Cashier was beyond rude and wouldn’t scan my points for my free iced coffee .. then told me to leave when I told him his attitude was nasty.

This place is a complete disgrace. It’s filthy, unsafe, and the staff are unbelievably rude. The older man at the counter refuses to let anyone use the restroom unless you buy his overpriced, dusty junk. The floors are covered in trash, dead bugs, and grime, the entire place stinks, and nearly everything is sticky. Half the machines are broken and the ones that do work look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. On top of that, they lie about their rewards app and won’t honor it. This is easily one of the dirtiest and most unprofessional businesses I’ve ever seen. Avoid it at all costs — no one should waste a dollar here.

Extremely rude management .......The management here is absolutely terrible—by far the rudest I’ve ever dealt with. They show zero professionalism, no respect for customers, and make it clear they don’t care about anyone’s experience. Every interaction was hostile and dismissive, and instead of trying to resolve issues, they made things worse with their attitude. I would never recommend this place to anyone—save yourself the stress and take your business somewhere that actually values people.

This place is awful and not safe for anyone. The employees are rude, and the older man refuses to open the restroom unless you buy some of the dirty items he has for sale. The store itself is disgusting—trash, dead insects, and dust bunnies cover the floor, everything is sticky, and half of the soda and coffee machines are broken and in desperate need of cleaning. On top of that, they wouldn’t honor the rewards app. I will not be giving them my business again.

What the point in saying your a 24 hour store when you're not open at night. I couldn't even get service here. This by far the wrost gas station in the county. It crazy to me that i read all the same problems from this store for over a year. Maybe the should be shut down at this point. I mean they got 1.6 star and they're still open. They are rude and disrespectful here. This has to be the wrost place around. Nobody should shop here. Save your money and go some where else. They dont need your money they have enough. I hope this place closes down soon.

I live locally around this 7/11 and every time I come in, the manager is SO rude. The first few times I chopped it up to him having a bad day. But after the 5th time, his personality is seemingly just rude.

Such low quality service and staff that they charge extra for condiments and don't dare take a bite of your pizza until you are outside. Sad but true.

went two months ago prepaid inside for fuel, fuel pump tells me to go inside for a refund, but their system isn't accepting my card for a refund. So they tell me to come back two days later to see if I haven't already received it automatically, two days go by I still haven't received it, they told me to contact my bank to do a partial dispute of the amount I was supposed to be refunded which was around $10, so I do that, then two months later my bank reverses and denies the claim because their investigators got in touch with the 711 and they were somehow able to confirm that the full amount that I prepaid was all that I got, and that I'm not entitled to a refund, manager of this 711 through the whole process was very rude and dishonest with me about it, they're definitely scamming more people out of
your money, I would not go here ever.

Now I see why they have a Help wanted sign. I always get my coffee at 7:11 or Wawa. But today was ridiculous. $2.88 for a refill on coffee where every other 7-Eleven is $1.49 to $1.79 store was dirty, and the gentleman was making food without gloves on. Gross I’ll never be back. Sometimes franchisees aren’t good franchisees. Don’t waste your time to get coffee here go to Dunkin’ Donuts and pay three bucks. It’s worth it.

How is this supposed to be a 24 hour store but is literally closed all the time! And even when they are open past midnight the old lady is always rude! You should really change your hours of operation because people are lucky if you're location is even open past midnight even once a week! It's ridiculous. Really its
Unprofessional shouldn't say you're 24 hours and close at midnight sometimes before midnight, again at 4 AM.

Christian persecution, I was asked if I was going to buy a news paper as I was interested, I thought I just might.( Then I was told by the woman telling, the man at the counter ) I’m not allowed to have my bag walking around the store ( which I was still standing by the counter then) many stores have this policy, but I was actually going to purchase cigarettes, that’s why I was still standing there. I purchased my cigarettes and then I asked “ where was the bathroom?” The man tells me, the bathrooms are out of order” I just went opened the door to clarify, and I said “ what did you say about the bathrooms?” He said, they’re out of order” I said, “ so you guys are holding your pee? The man shook his head yes! WOW 😮 all I could do was laugh 😆 I have a cross on my neck, and t-shirt that says “ saved by amazing grace” which I was four years ago, Jesus came to me in a dream, and he saved me from the literal occult. I was just about to go back. I didn’t really believe in God it all back. I kinda hated him because I didn’t know who he was. Persecution has truly been here, but in the United States, it has increased greatly. May God repay them, according to their deeds in the name of Jesus Jesus Christ. And I dare google not to take down my comment, or may God repay you immediately for your deeds.
