The lady Debra was very rude and not sure if she gave me a hard time because of race ? But it was very disappointing, I also was on the phone and they could hear your poor customer service and funny remarks. I’ve came here before and service was fine not sure who this lady is and why so mean this time . Very disappointed

I've only ever been to one other location, and I have received great customer service every time. The woman was informative and kind. Knowledgeable, which is great, and gave me info for the next time and for payments made. I love this company. Definitely worth going in, and far better than their competitors.

I left a review before regarding the great service provided at this location but I was here a few days ago for the second time in two weeks and even tho I was expecting the same lady as the first time she was off and the lady that was working (Miracah) was so helpful and professional that I felt the need to leave another review this time for her, is not everyday nor every place I go to and I receive good service, her service was excellent and way above expectations. Thank you for everything Miracah you made my experience at your location great once again. ?

I went to this store yesterday to have my card replaced and withdraw some money and the lady working there was very helpful and courteous, thank you Deborah for an awesome service I sure will be coming back to this store in the future if needed.
