If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my vehicle to this shop and they had it for over a week. 05 Dodge. They could not fix it. Very little communication at all. I basically wasted 1,000 Dollars taking it there. They replaced a few things gave me my vehicle back and it's exactly how it was when I took it there. I feel totally ripped off. I can't believe this place is still in business. Do not take your vehicle there. You will regret it.

Fantastic auto shop. Alberto helped me out with a vehicle assessment on a truck I was looking to purchase. He took his time, went through the effort to make sure he was checking the important items, and was very thorough.
It's not often you come across a place where you feel like honesty, integrity, and customer service are truly a high priority anymore, and this place clearly has all of the above.
On top of all that, Alberto refused to take my money for his time! Such a great experience.
Highly recommend.

I can give you three reasons on why not to trust this dealership. 1.Initial Agreement: They give you one price upfront.
2. Unapproved Work: They began additional repairs without consulting with you.
3.Price Jump: The cost increased dramatically from $1,100 to $5,000ish.
?I highly recommend you not to leave your vehicle with them. This is truly not the way to do business.

So I went with a friend to pick up his car from this shop. He was quoted one price but when we got there with the cash we were told a totally different price. A change of $1200 more than the original cost. There was no communication about the added cost and no communication about the added work being done. We already knew the work that the car needed so why would they do work on other parts of the car that had nothing to do with the original quote? Where is the proof that the added work was actually done on the car and prices weren't just added to inflate the bill. There is zero transparency with this shop. We went there expecting a professional mechanic shop and professional mechanics work and all we got was a shady bill from a shady shop. I highly recommend to never take your vehicle to this shop and if you want your friends to stay your friends then keep them from using this shop as well. We will be taking this up with an attorney.

Repaired items I didn’t need fixed then wanted to charge an outrageous price for the work. Never take your car to be serviced unless you are ready to be bullied into paying unnecessary charges.

Please don't take your vehicle here! I took my vehicle here to have both front brakes replaced and quoted on a price that was reasonable so I went ahead with the work. Two days later when I go to pick my car up , he tells me he had to change my back breaks and the rotors on the front and back without calling me or getting my consent to do so! The bill was 3x higher than discussed. If you take your vehicle here please get everything written and signed by both parties so you don't have this problem and he will put lien on your vehicle. Don't trust this scammer.

Don't take your car here, the guy will do work on your car and change things you didn't ask to be changed or confirmed if you wanted it change. I got a quote and then it was misquote which is cool but then I was told no more then one price then it was changed twice after that. When I was given the quote I told them I didn't have that much so I was gone take my car they said they would work with me on payments..... Now I go to take the money he said he can't take payments and he never told me he would and even one of the workers confirmed it. Don't take your car here period. Looking to get over and try and hold your vehicle.

I would not go anywhere else to get my Mercedes fixed. Alberto and Javier and all their other employees are phenomenal I highly recommend Alberto's on 82nd Avenue North in Pinellas Park for anyone who wants their car fixed right at the right price

So far, so good! Very helpful, very informative, and very nice! I have some more things to do to the car that other places can't, or won't, help with, and he is eager to figure it out without breaking the bank. I hope it continues to be a great experience!

The back power window would not roll down and I took it for an estimate at a dealership.It was determined to need a new regulator and it would cost me almost $1,000 including the estimate. I found Alberto's with an almost five star review and I gave him a call. Alberto answered the phone himself and quoted me $500+ in savings and took my car in right away and fixed it within hours instead of within days.
I was very impressed with his service and in speaking with him I believe he is a man of integrity. I would definitely recommend his services. Lynnetta Nierop

Alberto quoted me a price on the phone for a window repair. He fit me in his busy schedule and had it done within a couple hours. From what I was quoted at a dealership he saved me over $500. I would highly recommend this man of integrity to interest my car needs to.
