Nate & Phil were very helpful both times I came in to the Pinellas Park location. They were quick to help me out and paid attention to the order of customers that came in even when it got busy, which I appreciated. I was in an out of the store as quickly and efficiently as possible it seemed and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the store especially because I dread the phone store. Phil seemed to care a lot about me getting the best deal possible. They are great and make it worth driving the few extra minutes to get to this location. Will be returning :)

I had the best experience with this store. Dylan goes above and beyond to make sure you get the most for what you are paying. He listened to what was important to me and didn’t try to oversell anything. He actually called me to check up a week later to make sure I was happy. THAT is true customer service!!

Great store. Excellent service by Phil (Manager) He serviced my Hotspot properly after a bad experience in a nearby store. Also he looked into my account and saved me about $50 on a monthly basis. I am so happy I came to this AT&T location. 5 Stars and a customer for life! Go Phil!

I traded in my old iPhone for a new one and also got a new iPad. The process had a few glitches but each of the three employees who helped me were very professional, knowledgeable and patient. I’m glad to find the store and will always return to that location. I highly recommend it. Phil, the manager, Nate and Dylan will be able to help with any issues regarding AT&T products.

Dylan and phil are excellent employees. We got our phones at a Target kiosk and Phil & Dylan dove into my account and found several errors created by the Target and fixed them all. Now my bill is $70 cheaper than it was before stepping into the Pinellas Park location. So happy now that I randomly came here and I'll be coming back to this location from now on. Thanks guys!
