I'm sitting here at Pinellas Park Toyota, waiting for the parts department to open. Their website says that the parts department opens at 7 AM, but they just told me inside that it does not open to customers until 8 AM.

Wow not surprised with the rating for this branch. Deal was easy over the phone. Pickup of the vehicle was easy. Vehicle was perfect as ordered. Way too much pushy warranty sales afterwards that took too long for paying in full with cash. After we left dealership with car, we immediately called back sales rep to please email us the warranty info because we didn't want to go back cause we were hungry on the way to eat. It's been 3 weeks with several texts conversations with two different people and still have not received the warranty info. But they have been sending me review request to the same email that they're not sending me the info I requested. Once they got the money I no longer feel like a customer. Even with me indicating that I would be buying a new highlander next year for myself.Update 6/30: Emailed 2 managers and the sales rep. Getting emails about how several people are emailing me the warranty but no email with the actual warranty info. Keegan, Rob, Managers Naumcheff & Eicher are giving nothing but excuses in emails that I'm receiving but the actual warranty info. At this point I'm disgusted that I handed them almost $43g you would think you could get the warranty info without a problem. If they can't handle this simple task to make a customer happy hate to think how other problems will be handled in the future. Avoid.

Had an estimate for a repair done. They were very fair and honest on the estimate. I went some place else first and said it would cost just over $2000 as parts needed to be replaced. Automation charged just over $200. To tighten the same parts that really did not need to be replaced at the time. Love this place and will not use any one else from now on.

I am livid. My father was there today getting his car serviced and we understand it is Friday and it takes a while but I've been trying to call the person who is servicing his car like 5 times and he never picked up. We just wanted to know an estimated time so I can at least call an Uber for my dad to come back home. We dropped off the car at 11:30, they said it'll take a couple of hours at 12:30 for them to have a tire shipped to their dealership, my dad came back at 2:30 and waited until 5:30 to finally have his cars back. I even called customer service and they couldn't get through to them either or a manager. Then I had my dad try to ask someone there for help. He barely speaks English so I told him to find someone and ask them to talk to me on his phone so I can translate. He found someone who refused to talk on the phone and I can hear him asking my dad all these questions in a rude manner after my dad told him he doesn't speak English and told him he has me on the phone to help translate. My dad told me the way the man looked at him was with a nasty look and looked like he was in a rush to go home. Nobody want to hear that their parent is treated poorly. No one should be treated less than because of how they look or because of the language barrier. The last person is what made me so mad and if I would have known his name I would've gone to corporate. Please do better with treating your customers with respect because this is unacceptable.

***I knew it was too good to last! Once again this lemon of a car that I bought from you all left me stranded once again. Being towed to Dayton Andrews since it is the only place that fixes Fiat's since AutoNation sold me a car that their mechanics are not certified to fix! I have had a year of stress with this car (lemon). I was told I qualified to trade the car in once I got to the dealer Sales guy who kept calling me so intrigued and went to the dealer to find out they wanted me to pay almost $900.00 car note when I clearly told him what I could afford that is not helping me out one bit. Helping me out would have been to take this lemon back and given me a car that works. And for the Carfax that is a joke now, the car has other electrical issues. It has been a domino effect with this lemon of a car. I will never buy or recommend this dealer to anyone EVER! I will take my business elsewhere. My rating for this dealer is a BIG ZERO!!! THIS CARE CLEARLY HAS ELECTRICAL ISSUES FROM THE START AND THEY BLEW IT OFF. ***UPDATE IN REGARDS TO MY CAR ISSUE. I was able to get in contact with the General Manager of such location Mr.Chafik Amrani and Mr. Sam Souryal and Mr. Amrani offered to pay for the deductible of my repairs to my car which I thought was great since he realized I was very upset and for those reasons I have edited my review. Again Thank you for understanding and keeping your word. My car is now fixed let's see how long this time. ***UPDATE in regards to my car FIAT 500 I am still dealing with the nightmare of it shutting down while I am driving out of nowhere so I call dealer AutoNation to no avail I took it on Sat April 23 since no one gets back to me in regards to this nightmare car and that was also a waste of time since they sold me a car that their mechanics are not certified to work on. Who sells a car that they cannot fix at their dealership? This car has really stressed me out. So now I have to risk the drive to the only dealership that can try and figure out what is wrong with this car. I am so upset with this whole issue and of course, the guy Kevin who sold me the car never returns my call or the service manager. This is ridiculous already. This car has become a hazard already. If I could give them a zero I would but to leave a review and update I must leave a rating.

Scott Mcdougal was our salesman. He was very pleasant. I appreciate his down to earth style as there was no pressure which I hate. Would recommend him personally as well as the dealership. We are very pleased with our new Camry. This is our sixth Toyota product.

Please don't take your car to this dealership mechanic shop they are bunch of thieves. My college going son took the Highlander hybrid for service. Before I transfer the car from Oregon I have done all breaks and break fluid new tires ect and I bought Toyota service plan so my son can take the car to any Toyota dealership and get oil change. In June he made appointment with Oil change he got done oil service for prepaid service, but Auto National wanted him to change cabin filter, engine air filter and breaks fluid in that service even though I have done in March, and they told him this all have to get done now around $350 to $400 . He called me so told him all done in March before I sent the car to you. So didn't do any thing. Next time he took the car in end of July that time they change oil and wanted him to replace oil pan for around $700 they stripped the oil filter bolt that usually happens when you over tighten the bolts. So he called me again about this I talked to service tech and he said it's not over tight not giving me the information about the tech experience ect. I asked him to put a washer and take the car to other mechanic and watch the leaks. I wanted to make sure this is really over tight the bolt so other shop confirm that. I asked him to fixed for mean time and drive the to Portland he was coming to Portland in flowing week. He kept eye on the leak while coming to Portland. He make it home safely. I took the car to mechanic in Portland he confirm yes the bolt was over tight that's why the oil start leaking. He change oil and filter and he found the filter they put was not even Toyota oil filter it's after market. I called multiple times trying to talk to manager finally several tried and manager dose not even except any responsibility at all. I called USA Toyota and told them about this dealership they ripping off customers. They said they will contact to the manager. Nothing happened I ended up paying $700 for oil Pan. Just to imagine how these people are ripping every customer in their shop. I didn't do once and second time they damaged my vehicle and charging to fix it.So please don't go such place these guys are thieves.
