We take my daughter's Corolla here for routine service. I like the ease of making appointments and the coupons. If there are maintenance suggestions, they'll quote the price before repair.

Brought in car for oil change and wanted them to check out a rattling sound in steering column, which they charged an extra $200 for and then added a $33 shop fee. They offered to fix what is in reality a $6 part in the steering column and quoted it at almost $1000 for the part and over $2700 for the labor. Needless to say I declined, left with just the oil change after a 5 hour wait and $333 later, only to discover that the steering column was not put back properly so now it scraped against the wheel when turning. Then I discovered that they did not change the oil at all, it hadn't even been touched! I texted and called when I got home to let them know and they have ignored texts and dodged calls. Edit: The response from owner that they have "shared" this info is worthless, and they continue to scam others. Report them to the BBB, the FTC, and the DA.

I got an email (from Auto Nation) inviting me to get an oil change and engine check up with tire rotation and free wiper blades!! For $21. 99!
To good to pass up I made an appointment. Dominic was my handler and came to me after a bit with two recommendations for timely maintenance. I asked him which if any was really needed and he told me the less expensive one was the one I shouldn't put off. He did not push me or try to alarm me about my choice... No tactics!
I really appreciated the no pressure experience. I will keep going back to Auto Nation Toyota for my services. My car is running like a top! Thanks!

Glad I bought my car from here not so glad I purchased the oil change for two years. Just had my first oil change. Service department staff very pleasant. Not sure the techs are experienced. First of all it took over two hours to get an oil change. About a week later while driving there was a loud noise under the car. Found out it was a plastic oil pan cover that was dragging on the ground. There was a screw missing and another was lose. I had to zip tie it so I could drive. Brought the car back to the dealer and it took almost an hour to fix. This should have never happened with an experienced tech, dealer service, or anywhere. A simple oil change was a big headache. I have one more pre purchased oil change but don't want to bring it back.

My name is Scott Cooper. I've been coming to Auto Nation Toyota for at least seven or eighth years. Within that time period, I've purchased two vehicles as well. That being said, there have been three individuals who have made my visits to the dealership for service AMAZING!! Steve Labate has moved "hell and high water" for me when it's involved in difficult circumstances...REPEATEDLY! He's honest, upfront, and recognizes what it takes to resolve the challenges that exist when having your car serviced. Then there is Tampatha Pate aka TC! Absolutely amazing! She's so very nice, hard working, and knows all the ins and outs of taking care of all your service related needs. Last but not least is Gary P.. I've known Gary since I began patronage at Auto Nation Toyota. Gary is AWSOME! He knows his job, and all the particulars about the service side of Toyota! There are always challenges in life that one has to deal with, but it DEFINITELY helps when you have people helping you that CARE....THANK YOU Steve Labate, Tampatha Pate (TC), & Gary P for EVERYTHING!! Found a stain from a leak at the transaxle while doing an oil change on my Highlander. Brought it to AutoNation Toyota for warranty service. Writer was a nice guy but continually interrupted by others who felt they should have been addressed first. I described the leak and provided a photo of the housing and stain.
Tech sent him a photo of residual oil on the filter housing. (Not even close) Obviously, I found the transaxle leak while changing the oil. So I am dealing with the Tech through Dylan the writer. He has the tech look again. Tech cleaned the leak and ran the car for an hour. No further leaking. They're satisfied. I'm not. That's all they can do.
Next day I view the leak are again and take a photo. One would think a professional would clean the stain from a leak with a solvent or such, and leave like new metal exposed. It looks like he spit on his finger and rubbed it. Still stained. Spoke with the GM and told him. I explained that I took another photo of the shoddy work and will allow 90 days to pass. Since the discovery of the stain to 1.5 years since brand new, it may be a slow leak. Slow or not it still has to be fixed.
No confidence instilled by this service department as of my first visit.

The "courtesy" shuttle service, though appreciated, is an extremely long wait & maybe needs to be re-thought out. For exa., maybe they should consider limiting the mileage distance (radius). I waited nearly an hour from the time I made my request for a ride to when I actually boarded the van. In short, I needed a 2 hour lunch break to drop off my vehicle & return to my office. It would be better to make your own arrangements for transport back to home or work.

Servicing my vehicle was great, waiting 2 1/2 hrs for a routine service call, not so much. Please stop making so many appointments at the same time! There were so many people waiting, there weren't enough places to sit. Another 15 min. wait to get someone to find and retrieve my car afterward. Make fewer appointments per hour, give everyone, including your employees a break!! AutoNation is awesome but.....
