I had to come in today for a recall on my Rav4 and a maintenance required message. Christy was awesome! Usually I hate coming because I feel like the advisors aren’t the nicest. She was very communicative and understanding. I definitely want her as my advisor every time.

I’m sure all the sales people are good to work with but I can’t tell you how happy me and my wife were to work with John Munce!! John made buying our vehicle extremely easy and stress free. I think what stood out the most was John’s honesty and effort! He never once came off as anything other than genuine and caring that we found the right vehicle for us. I highly recommend you ask for John Munce next time you walk into this dealership.

In February 2023, I visited the service center for an oil change and headlight replacement. They had my car for the entire day and notified me when it was ready. However, they also suggested new brakes and rotors, which I declined due to the timing and needing to pick up my children. Surprisingly, upon checking, I discovered that neither the oil change nor the headlight replacement had been completed; my car was still on the lift. I had to wait for over an hour to finally retrieve my vehicle and the headlight still was replaced, end up changing it myself.Skipping ahead to August 2023, a warning light came on and the vehicle was due for an oil change. Returning to the same place, I hoped it might be a warranty concern. A quick diagnostic revealed an alignment issue, which I agreed to have fixed along with the oil change and the warning light problem. Once again, they kept my car for the entire day and assured me it was all taken care of. However, they once more recommended replacing the brakes and rotors, which I declined due to the fact that I had new brakes and rotors replaced in May ‘23. I assume the vehicle hadn’t been properly diagnosed and they were using the comments in the February visit about needing new brakes and rotors. My visit took a turn for the worse when I arrived to pick up my supposedly ready car. To my dismay, the car was still on the lift, and the alignment had not been completed, although it was miraculously finished in a mere 10 minutes. They attributed the warning light to tire pressure, which was hard to believe considering the accompanying burning smell. As if the frustrating situation wasn't enough, I had to stand in front of a very obese employee with his exposed buttocks visible throughout the process. Despite my efforts to ignore the discomforting sight, the employee's pants were positioned below his buttocks as he stood, directly within my line of sight while I was attempting to resolve my issues with the service advisor. In summary, this entire experience was nothing short of horrendous. In the future, I am willing to drive an additional 20 minutes to reach a different Toyota dealership, as the overall quality of service here was far from satisfactory.

What a painful experience, the phone is terrible, let me speak to a service advisor. As the phone room has no concept of turn around time, or shuttle service. It’s impossible to navigate to a human that knows what’s actually going on.I called Gettle Toyota spoke to a pleasant human and was off the phone with an appointment all information needed in under 2 minutes.

Wow not surprised with the rating for this branch. Deal was easy over the phone. Pickup of the vehicle was easy. Vehicle was perfect as ordered. Way too much pushy warranty sales afterwards that took too long for paying in full with cash. After we left dealership with car, we immediately called back sales rep to please email us the warranty info because we didn't want to go back cause we were hungry on the way to eat. It's been 3 weeks with several texts conversations with two different people and still have not received the warranty info. But they have been sending me review request to the same email that they're not sending me the info I requested. Once they got the money I no longer feel like a customer. Even with me indicating that I would be buying a new highlander next year for myself.Update 6/30: Emailed 2 managers and the sales rep. Getting emails about how several people are emailing me the warranty but no email with the actual warranty info. Keegan, Rob, Managers Naumcheff & Eicher are giving nothing but excuses in emails that I'm receiving but the actual warranty info. At this point I'm disgusted that I handed them almost $43g you would think you could get the warranty info without a problem. If they can't handle this simple task to make a customer happy hate to think how other problems will be handled in the future. Avoid.

If you get the Howard name tag in Service under your windshield, just back out and drive away.Twice, I've have had my time completely disrespected by him. First time, he took my car in, went through the process, and everything felt fine. When the car was finished, it sat there waiting to be picked up. Howard went off to lunch, and no one could find my paperwork.Second time, I showed up and got in the service line. I sat there for close to 45 minutes waiting for some acknowledgement that I'll be helped, all while vehicles being serviced by others behind me are skipping by and on their way back to the garage. It could have been a far longer wait if I didn't get out and flag down one of the dozen others walking by me avoiding eye contact while I sat there as the only car left in line.Your time is not valued here, especially with Howard.Car is treated nice by the mechanics though.Edit: It got worse. I wrote this while waiting. I received a phone call from Howard while on the bench outside that the car was done. Went inside, found him, he was on the phone with someone else. He flagged down a wonderfully patient clerk in parts and passed me off to her, saying a grand total of about a half a dozen words to me in person during my 2 hour visit. After waiting forever, then getting passed off as if I was an annoyance, he overcharged me by $60 (I was quoted by Robert - thank you for stepping up when I had no one at first - for oil, rotation, and wipers at ~$160 something after tax). Howard charged me $227.To recap: 1st visit, spent 40+ extra minutes because he left for lunch and misplacing my vehicle's paperwork. 2nd visit, didn't even acknowledge my presence until I was there for almost 2 hours already, and that was just to pass me off with an incorrect invoice to someone else.
