I'm sorry I got a diagnosis and had my car sat overnight and asked for a transmission fluid service .Then I was told they couldn't perform the service that I asked for 🤔Next day I know I had to get my car .I go get service down the street with no hassle but they asked if I had any work done with my car because they made sure I seen what came out my transmission,less then a quart of oil fluid came out black ,have no idea where the rest of the oil fluid went and they explained to me that is more likely the problem is me running on low fluid when it should be 6 quarts in there .I agree ,I don't know if I was con into replacing a transmission for $10,000 or used for $7,500 . clearly the mechanic service either don't know what they did and try and cover up something because there was no signs of leaking or leakage ,so I won't text coming back .Or even trust the fact I just needed a simple transmission fluid change and filter .👎👎

Best cars with the right price . Compared to any other dealer iv been to this location has outstanding rates and Xhulian was my sales agent. I’m very pleased with my whole process . I drove over an hour and every minute was worth it driving back In my new car.

I can’t thank my sales agent enough (Xhulian) for my new car. I was so confident he would make it happen and he did. I drove off today a very happy woman. Prior to arriving he sent a full video inside and out of the car I wanted and kept in touch. Before I left Xhulian had my car detailed and ready to go . The service I experienced today I highly recommend you see him.

WOREST TOYOTA AUTONATION IN FLORIDA! ! ! Bought a used car from them 3-4 days later car had MAJOR steering problems/ Also A/C Compressor went out. Dealer refused to fix car so I have been without a car for about 2 weeks + and thousands of dollars in person damage.
Service manager Mike should be fired. Sales manager goes ghost once deal is completed.
I haven’t heard back from them since and Thank God for AutoNation Customer Relations/ Corporate that are now involved.
I will update my review once my problems with the vehicle you guys sold me gets repaired.

I came over to AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park with the intent to leave with a car. Xhulian Was just the sales guy to help me. He made me feel comfortable by giving me a refreshment and best of all, I didn't feel rushed. He went over all the features the current Toyota's come with including safety features and comfort features. He Showed me over to this red Camry and I fell in love with it instantly. Xhulian got me out of there in no time with a Really clean and comfortable 2023 Toyota Camry. Xhulian provided me with a 10/10 service would highly recommend Xhulian as your sales guy.

Update August 2025:
Had a not so great experience with a warranty claim for a tire at Clearwater Toyota. Came in to rectify it here at Autonation and Imane gave superb service. Very grateful for her efforts to make it right! Mission accomplished.
Just completed purchase of a new 2022 Toyota Highlander. I came in for an oil change for my 2018 Camry and had spoken to Michael Henkel prior about getting the Camry appraised. I didn't have the best of
financial circumstances but between the work of Michael and Sal in finance we were able to come to an agreement without too much difficulty. Even though there was a push to get me the loan I didn't feel super pressured into making the deal. I could have easily walked away but it felt right and I have a new vehicle and tool to use as I progress forward. Thanks guys, I appreciate you.
