Very professional and fast service. It’s amazing to see a store that is clean with helpful staff these days. They had the phone screen that I needed and it was done within the hour. Thank you batteries plus! Also, I thought it was pretty neat that they had a bunch of survival / Hurricane preparedness gear as well.

Andy was great. I have had to hold my charger at an angle for like the last month. They fixed my charging port in less than 10 minutes. Only like 10$!

I went on a Saturday, which is any retail outlet’s busiest day. I needed two batteries for a motorized wheelchair that I had no idea if I was looking at the correct ones online. I decided to just take them in store to match up. The service I received was quite unexpected but very much appreciated. First, Nenad met me at my car as I was opening my trunk to get the batteries. Second, he took the battery matched it up from what was on the shelf and had me at the checkout in what felt like 5 mins. In and out so fast I even had time to get a haircut on the way home.
