“Best experience ever! I took my mother here a couple weeks ago to get an idea of what type of dress she wanted for her vow renewal. We honestly didn't expect to find one, but we did! You're by yourself, there's no waiting on others (unlike at David's Bridal). The consultant took her time and made sure my mom enjoyed the experience and my mom found her dress. It was an amazing experience! Definitely recommend this place for wedding dress shopping.”

“I had an amazing experience with Chantel, one of the owners of the shop. I was so nervous trying to find a dress for my last minute wedding. This was the first shop I went to and I was in and out with my dress in less than an hour. Chantel took one look at me and asked about my likes and dislikes and came to me with 3 gorgeous dresses that fit perfectly. As a curvy girl, I thought that was going to be difficult. I choose a dress and went home with it the same day. After looking at the pictures of the other dresses I tried on, I decided I made a mistake and could stop thinking about the first dress I tried on. I called Chantel to let her know and I was invited right in to exchange the dress. Seamless and flawless. I can not say enough great things about this shop. Highly recommend!!”

Alyssa helped me and she is the absolute BEST, she is everything you dream and hope to get when you are wedding dress shopping. She was so kind, calming, funny, and quick to suggest solutions to make sure I got everything I wanted. Her and Robin were so accommodating, even calling and texting the designer directly and asking for all the modifications I requested. Robin the owner, has done a phenomenal job with an amazing team. “Tiffany at Clearwater is a rare and helpful agent. Kudos to her for her great customer service (when the actual problem was not even hers). I placed an order online and when it didn't arrive on schedule, I tried to contact the number listed on their website. The calls were not answered. After reaching out to actual stores, I talked to Tiffany at the Clearwater, FL store. She was very professional and friendly. She went out of her way to get all of the information of my order and told me she would call me back the next day. I was amazed when she actually called and told me the order would arrive the next day. When it didn't arrive this time either, I called her again. She again researched the problem and told me the order had a new tracking number and will arrive the next day.”
