“Hands down!!!!! Shawn the owner/ manager is a great guy and really cares about his customers. I decided to go the lazier route and go through a car wash instead of washing it myself. After buying for the biggest package on that machine when I got done my car was still noticeably not as clean. Unlike other car washes. There is a huge sign with a phone number to reach someone. When I called Shawn (who I never met before in my life) answered and I told him the problem. He said I’m about 5 mins away will u still be there. And I said absolutely I’m vacuuming too.
When he arrived he went out of his way to make sure I got a treated like gold! He offered me a refund or run through the machine next to the one I used at no charge. I said let’s get the car cleaned. Shawn is excellent. If you are in this area STOP BY AND GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!!!!! I will definitely be back and I am telling everyone what an awesome experience I had!!!!!! “I absolutely LOVE this car wash! I ask for gift cards here for every single birthday and Christmas! It’s convenient I can just add it right to my license plate and drive right through. It always does a thorough job. The vacuums have great suction. There’s an air blower that’s free. There’s always plenty of spots. It’s clean. The staff is always friendly. They always wave. I absolutely love it here and I couldn’t recommend this place enough.Thank you Alexandria for always having a smile on your face and always being so helpful and friendly.
