These folks do not appreciate kindness, be very careful when using a citgo credit card ( Any Credit card ) they will deliberately mislead you into believing that the the transaction was cancelled and that you have to re-swipe your card. They charged me twice and I am disputing. They also dont have a set price on a lot of their items so what you pay will vary from time to time. they try to avoid in giving you a receipt. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I have had enough of their thievery!
