Visited on a Sunday because I destroyed my phone while on vacation. Zach was so pleasant and helpful! Got me into the phone I'd originally wanted and set it all up. He even put me on a different plan where I get more hotspot time for less money. So happy I chose this store! Been with Cricket for 10 years. Very happy with Cricket!

I went here to receive an update and ZACK WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!! He makes the customer feel so comfortable and he is extremely patient and kind!! I loved him instantly!!! He is so knowledgeable! Zack you rock!!!!!

If people in general did not use you.

Yeah, here’s our experience for the people reading these, my girlfriend and I walked in originally because I wanted to get out of Verizon to go to cricket because it was cheaper. My girlfriend ended up switching as well because it made sense at the time, she bought two iPhone 12’s for her children as Christmas gifts, about 30 days later we decided cricket wasn’t for us and we wanted to go to metro, much better service by the way. Shoutout to the guy at the metro store in Pinellas park, but anyways, Zachary H was our rep and he straight up lied to us, told us the phones are unlocked when we bought them. Turns out, that’s not the case at all. When we went back to tell him about it he says that we “should’ve known before walking in that any carrier will sell you a locked phone for at least 6 months” that’s not true. Verizon is 60 days buddy. From one salesperson (a longer tenured salesperson than you) to another, you did nothing but take complete advantage of us and burned us of almost $600. I honestly don’t know how you can sleep at night. I won’t be returning to this location at all. I advise all of you to stay away. I am also considering contacting my attorneys over this, because he gave us straight attitude when we politely asked him about this. Crickets legal team better be top notch. Thanks for burning us out of money to earn a commission bud. Hope it was worth it all.

10/10 would recommend this store this provider and Zach was excellent he is by far the most fluent and kind-hearted individual that I have ever experienced I never knew that cricket was a subsidiary of AT&T Zach saved our family a lot of bills and made our stay at cricket welcoming do not hesitate to come to this location if you want to be treated like royalty and establish open communication with my family's new favorite provider.

Bad customer service.guy told me he couldn't give me a deal on a case after I just payed 160$ for new service.no smiles and no deals.dont come here if you want a deal or someone to help you in any kind of way

I will tell you that the customer service at this cricket store is amazing my hubby and I went on Sunday and there was a young man by the name of Daniel, he was so nice he was willing to help, he was very patient and kind, then we had to go back today 7/16/24, to have my hubby's new phone activated and there was a wonderful young man by the name.of Nuwbe, he was so nice, kind and patient with us he explained everything that he was doing to help my hubby with his phone. He has only been at this store for a month, I highly recommend this store and Daniel and Nuwbe because they gave the best customer service that we have ever had at a cricket store.
When we usually go to cricket store they always act like it's a inconvenience to help us. Diffently not these two we will definitely be back. Thank you both for your awesome customer service and taking care of us.

I just left the store a little bit ago. Hailee is so phenomenal!!! She treats you like family and is so knowledgeable when it comes to phones! She is really patient and helps you with each step if you don't understand something! Definitely deserves a raise and promotion!!

Walked in desperately needing a phone and knew I was due a long overdue upgrade. The representative was eating snacks of some sort and obviously didn't seem overly concerned to attempt to work with me and doesn't care to keep my business.
