Sorry to say this is one of the worst CVS's around here. The cashier is not friendly and is not helpful at all. When we needed something that was locked up, we asked her to unlock it she said she would meet us there. After 5 minutes and another employee walking by her telling her he needed to take something to his car and her not telling him we were waiting we decided to leave and go to another store.

The service here isnt good, the drive truth dosent work all time, the employed here They act as if they see the line of people waiting to receive their medicines. The long line and 4 employed packing. Only 1 for attending the line.
I would change my farmacy for sure

I just moved into our new home a few weeks ago a few minutes from this store. Right before two hurricanes back to back destroyed everything. We were out of power for days, haven't seen my husband in days because he is out on the frontline doing disaster relief. My son and I went to the store after 4 days of no power just wanting something cold to drink. Went to purchase a nice cold soda or two. The lady stopped us and said my son couldn't be in there because he didn't have a shirt on. He's 12 years old, hadn't showered in days, in a hot house with no power, clothes can't be washed because we have no power. There was no compassion from this employee. She was rude, and her customer service was disgusting. I will NEVER shop here again. I went down the street to 7-11 and we were welcomed in and they even asked how we were holding up. They were so sweet, I told them what we have been through the past few days and the owner of the store refused to let us pay for our sodas. He wished us well and we will now be dedicated customers to them. CVS Should be ashamed of having such a hateful employee working for them who has no heart. She had a heavy accent and was the cruelest person I have ever met.

Had to make a late night stop to buy nail polish for a next day wedding as what I had at home was bad. They did not have the color I wanted, and many of the slots were empty that may have contained the right shade, but the clerk on duty was very kind and helpful and together we came up with a solution that worked. Will go back to shop for more when I have the time.

Don’t EVER bother trying to get the pharmacy on the phone. Even if you leave a message, they don’t call back. This has been my experience every. single. time. at this location. The pharmacy employees are friendly and everything but I’d rather be able to get someone on the phone when I need to. They always attend to the drive-thru first, too. Hire some more help or something, come ON.
**Edit: June 2024, just came back to say this has only gotten WORSE since I left the original review. Corporate/customer service is atrocious as well. I'm going to Publix or Walgreen's from now on.

This is my favorite pharmacy, however this is the 1st time that i encounter a terrible and rude team member! His name is Andrew and he works at the 7400 49th St store. He was very argumentative, did not respect my opion and insisted in changing my mind....very dissapointed!

My niece picked up my 89 year old mother at the nursing home and brought her to this CVS for a flu shot. She has medicare of course and united mine workers insurance which covers all her health care. The refused her a free flu shot and wanted $107 so she didn't get one. That is who these people are. Flu shots are supposed to be free for all Americans over 65.

It has become very difficult to reach an actual person through the phone, the machine doesn't even give you the option even after pressing 0. I've also rarely had any luck using their drive through. Lastly, the pharmacist often look rushed and tired and sometimes there would only be a couple there rushing around making phone calls and filling prescriptions. There's some obvious changes that need to be done, mainly hiring more employees and then treating these employees properly so that they want to stay!

This store went above and beyond to help me get a medication that Walgreens couldn’t help me with. The pharmacist and the pharmacy technicians all came together to get me a prescription I really needed. Thank you all so much!!!
