Best pharmacy ever! Agnes the pharmacist is so helpful and kind and recognizes me when I come in even if it's been a while. She is a joy to speak to. Laura who also works there goes out of her way to assist customers. I recently had some trouble getting something refilled and she made calls for me without even having to ask her. This is NOT your average long lines and irritable staff members type of CVS pharmacy, this team is top notch and professional. Love them!

I requested my pet medication be filled here instead of the vet--which was a bad idea and will never do again. If anyone knows how that goes...there can be up to 1000% mark up for antibiotics for pets from your vet. After already paying a huge vet bill for the dental cleaning and extractions, I wanted to save some money on the antibiotics needed when my cat developed an infection in the extraction spot. My vet was great about wanting to help us save some money so she sent the prescription to the CVS via fax. It was a common antibiotic so I figured it shouldn't be too long to get it filled. Several hours later, I call to find out the status and discover that apparently some number was missing from the prescription and they didn't fill it yet. CVS asked me to call the vet back and have them call CVS. I was a bit annoyed at this because it had been several hours and instead of CVS following up with the vet, they waiting until I called for status to let me know that something was missing. So I am wondering if I had never called...would no one have followed up with the missing info from the vet? My vet was quick to call CVS and we gave them a few more hours but at least 4 hours before closing to call in for status again. The person who answered said it would be ready by 1 hour before closing and told me to come in then. I come in at 6pm only to be told abruptly and quite rudely by Alana, that it wasn't here yet and wouldn't come until tomorrow. When asked why we were told to come at 6, all we were told was the person made a mistake. That was all and no sense of hey sorry about that...no customer service and in case you were wondering...there wasn't a long line of people waiting for service. Not stoked at this point, but I couldn't even go back and overpay at the vet since they were already closed at that point. The next morning, CVS opened at 10am but I gave them some time and called before noon. I get told that the medication is still not there. By the way, at no time when I had called yesterday had anyone who had answered the phone say that they didn't have the medication at their location. I call later-before they go to lunch-to see if it would actually arrive before the end of the day and finally someone confirms that it should be there by 2pm and that someone would call. Finally this the one person we dealt with who was actually accurate and helpful. Received the call and headed down at 2pm and the medication was actually there this time. Would I come to CVS for my medications pet or human again? No way. There are pharmacies in every grocery store now and all warehouse clubs so there is no need to go to a location that has a mixed bag of employees that lack customer service skills. With all the competition-this CVS failed to stand out in a good way.

Dont know why they have a phone. They never pick up. And there was only 2 cars there . So not busy.

I would like to publicly give a "shout-out" to my wonderful pharmacist, Agnes. She is helpful, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. She helps me keep track of all my medications, and reminds me when I am due for a vaccination. She is the absolute best!

Pharmacy will not sell syringes to an adult without a prescription, even if your license says you are insulin dependant, which is quite stupid and an inconvenience, at that. The only reason I choose not to shop at CVS anymore, and don't care for Target much anymore either since they are affiliated with CVS.

Both pharmacists Agnes (Pharmacy Manager) and Maggie are superb. Pharmacy Tech Laura as well. They are always available to answer any questions and have great customer service. I get the treatment of a “local family pharmacy” with them at this particular CVS Pharmacy inside Target. I don’t always get that warm welcome elsewhere. My scripts are always ready on time and they do the extra work on their end to ensure you’re paying the lowest price available... even if that means NOT using your insurance, but instead a discount card like GoodRx. Great pharmacy & staff. I would go out of my way to get my scripts filled here and even pay more to avoid having to use any other pharmacy. 5 Stars!
