I wanted to return a couple items that were only worth $15 that I had bought a couple weeks ago but I threw my receipt away I looked up there return policy without a receipt before walking 30 minutes to the closest dollar general online it said I can return without a receipt also my items were still in there original box and never opened and I was immediately turned down and told absolutely nothing could be returned without a receipt so a hour waste of my time walking all the way there and back for absolutely nothing because dollar general has the wrong return information online that is really poor customer service

Very unorganized store, long lines with only one cashier, he does not acknowledge backup. When I finally said something after standing in line for 15minutes......the lady came forward to say she wasn't even supposed to be on the clock! I will not be returning to this location! Too bad since it's my neighborhood dg.
Computers were running EXTREMELY slow and the lady could only take card🤯 it's 2024 why is this a thing?!

I came in the store tonight. And Gavin was checking me out.. His Service was above and beyond what I would expect..
I had to have my debit card replaced today because of fraud. So i had limited funds available today being its the weekend. I ended up being a few cents short and he reached in his pocket to cover it. Was greatly impressed on his customer service skills. He has made me a customer for life.

Employees are so nice here. The store is cleaner than alot of other locations and kept pretty stocked. The $5 off $25 comes in handy with my weekend shopping .

I went there for a pick up order. To show up and they had no service for it. They were only accepting cash signs everywhere. Why is it that you couldn't turn the DG pick up off. So people aren't wasting their time driving there !

I went to dollar general to buy sale items on June 19 and that they did have almost any of the sale items in the store. The sale started June 19-25th. I left the store empty handed and went to the closest other dollar general to buy the items.
