I have placed 4 orders, since last January (Yes my bad), and all were sent to a different location because this store is under remodel(first excuse), the fridge is down(second excuse), third time was not given anything except "I do not know!", the last time, the fridge is down. When I told the employee that that excuse is old as its been down for at least 13 months, time of my first order, she stated she has only been working there 3 weeks. I told her she may want to look for another job. The remodel is going to be a waste of money when people don't order from that location anymore.

My fiancée got me chocolate covered strawberries for Valentines Day. She ordered it a week in advance to be delivered to my work on Valentines Day. Edible Arrangements said it would be delivered on Valentines Day before 5pm since it was going to a business. However, it was not delivered on Valentines Day. My fiancée called and emailed numerous times, but Edible Arrangements phone and email was turned off/ignored all day until my fiancée got a call at 8pm telling her they would deliver my package the following day between 8am and 9am, and that they would put extra items in my package to compensate. The package still didn't arrive until 11am that following day, and there were no extra items included.I used to do flower deliveries for Valentines Day and Mothers Day, so I understand how hectic those 2 days are for these types of businesses. However, if orders are taken that can not be fulfilled when they are meant to be the business needs to make changes to support order delivery on hectic days, because the whole reason in ordering these packages for people is for the surprise element, and also for the day they are intended to be delivered due to the intended day being a special occasion.A final note, every other Edible Arrangements in the Tampa Bay area has at least over 3 stars, and several over 4 stars. While this location has only 2.8 stars as of writing this. So, the problem is not with Edible Arrangements as a whole. The problem seems to be this specific Edible Arrangements off Park Blvd and US19.

This is a follow-up review from the review I posted this morning. I left a review this morning. I also contacted edible arrangements to which I didn’t hear back from anyone. I then called the Clearwater Florida location today only to be talked to in a rude manner with the lady raising her voice and making excuses for why the order was not delivered yesterday And she stated that they didn’t even get the order from Pinellas Park Florida edible arrangements until 2 PM. I called the Pinellas Park location to which they said they sent the order over to the Clearwater Florida location on 2/9/2024 when the order was placed. I called back to the Clearwater location spoke to another lady that was much nicer than the first lady told her my story so she said she was able to refund me the delivery fee, only after she contacted the owners via text and they stated that they didn’t even want to refund the fee but would refund the delivery charge. After a little digging, I was able to find out who owned those two locations with other locations in the Tampa Bay area and they are out of College Station Texas. If anyone would like to get a hold of them if they had trouble with their orders, these are the names of the people that own some of the Tampa Bay area Edible Arrangement locations (Uri Geva & Haley & Chris Clark). From what the one lady said on the phone they are only out to make a buck they do not care about customer service and they will not refund money. Even if it’s their mistake, they were not prepared for Valentine’s Day and they did not supply the stores with all the products they needed for all the orders that they received. Myself nor my husband will ever order from Edible Arrangements again! Beware of these locations in the Tampa Bay Area!If I could give no stars I would! My husband placed an order for Valentines Day and it was supposed to be delivered on 2/14/24 by 3 pm at my work. He made the order at the Pinellas Park Location. When he called to check on the status around 1:30 they stated that they transferred the order to the Clearwater location. He tried to call that location and they answered the phone told him to hang on, he heard them talking and cursing in the back ground then they hung up on him. He called me at 3:30 to ask if I received a gift and I said no. He had to drive all the way to Clearwater which is a 30 minute drive from our house to check on the order. They still had it at the store. My husband has ordered from Edible for the past six + years and spends a lot of money with the company. I can say that this is the last time he will ever spend $130.00 for an arrangement that he has to track down and deliver on his own. Very poor service Edible Arrangements.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order at four in the morning and it is currently seven at night and they did not call to tell me that the order was not going to be able to be created. They did not cancel my order, so I can plan ahead and get another gift And I call the number that they have on the their door and the person Who answered her, answer to everything was things happen, and not even a little of sympathy for ruining somebody’s gift.They didn’t have enough materials to create the order, but also indicate that they voided my order before she said that they didn’t have the materials. Overall a total disaster. I do not recommend ordering from these people ever they’re very unprofessional.

I ordered strawberries for my daughter on Valentine’s Day and paid 19.99 to have them delivered the same day a total of $70 dollars for one dozen berries. They were never delivered and after being on hold for 30 minutes the rudest customer service person answered the phone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! They have a one star because I had to give them one or they would have -zero stars

I am requesting a full refund of my order. I always order from Edible arrangements and this was the worst experience I've ever had.I placed an order online Sunday for deliver today, 2/14. It assigns a store based off location, which was Pinellas Park. I realized when I completed my order I forgot to add the unit # for delivery. I called a few times over the last few days and left messages and didn't receive a response. Then today, I tried to call again around 12pm, my order online still showed at "store received". Since I had place another order that was being delivered from the Clearwater store and my recipient already received I decided to go to the Pinellas Park location to make sure all was ok. It took them a while to locate my order in the system and then I'm told their freezer is broken and they transferred my order to St Pete. Since the status online wasn't updated and I needed to update about the unit number I tried to call and left another message. At 4pm my order still shows "store received" I know it's Valentine's Day but at this point I'm getting worried. Shipping was free for delivery yesterday and tomorrow but I paid $15 to have it delivered today. My sister went to the St Pete location and they just started our order and then mentioned they do not have cheesecake so they provided cookies. They ended up giving my sister our order since she was there. There was no card attached and there were strawberries that weren't covered in chocolate. It seems they were just rushing orders to hurry up and get them out the door. Very unsatisfied, especially since my other recipient received his order from the Clearwater location, same order minus the flowers and it was perfect and was delivered by 11am. I understand each stores are different and one may me busier then the other, but I just felt this was very poor customer service all around. I will never place an order again if it comes from either the Pinellas Park or St Pete location.

Horrible customer service! My husband tried ordering me some chocolate covered strawberries which we cancelled due to awful communication. “Manager” Stephanie (she lied on the phone and said she was the manager) yelled at my husband when he asked about the status of the delivery and hung up on him. I called the store back and was also yelled at by this same woman who also hung up on me. Our order was running late and they would not give us an answer as to when it would arrive so once we received attitude we decided to just cancel the order because we don’t want to give our business to someone who yells at their customers. I feel bad for anyone who has to work alongside Stephanie.

I ordered chocolate strawberries and I waited for over an hour and finally someone called me asking when is the person leaves the place and I said don't worry about when the person leaves I paid for shipping and where is my order ? She started yelling at me calling me names I asked for a manager she said I am the manager . WOW this is how you do customer service ??? Then my wife called her back and started yelling at her and keeps hanging up on us ! DO NOT DEAL with this place horrible customer service . You should be ashamed for hiring the manager at this location in Pinellas Park FL . Now we are trying to get refunded and we have been ignored !!!!!

Just wanted to say that TRACY is AWESOME!!!! Had difficulties with the online app but she saved the day for me!!! I was once a manager for a help-line facility and Tracy has all the traits of what you want for a 5-star employee!!! I would hire her if I were still in the business atmosphere! THANK YOU!

Very pleased with the Edible Arrangements in Wake Forest, NC. The arrangement was beautiful, and it arrived to the destination at the time they promised it would get there. I would certainly use them again.

I am very disappointed my husband had edible arrangements fruit and flowers sent to me as you can see pics when I first put the flowers in the vase you can see the results beautiful when I arrived this morning to my kitchen as you can see the second pic the flowers have fallen down I have already instructed my husband do not buy any more flowers from here.

Really wasn't happy with my last experience. I tried to place a pickup order but they called and said the fridge is broke, but they'd do a free delivery. Well, I reluctantly agreed.(I like to see what I ordered) Then they left out the Thank You balloon that really meant a lot. Not happy.

Customer service was a disaster. Ordered a flower arrangement and fruit arrangement for Mother’s Day and payed extra for delivery on that day…. Got an email that my mother was not home for the “unsuccessful delivery”, despite her being home all day. Contacted store who stated would deliver again the next day due to a “glitch” in the system placing wrong statuses on orders…Nothing showed up on Monday, called again they stated would be out Tuesday….nothing showed up… waited Wednesday…nothing… finally called Friday and they again said sorry and that would be out that day … never came..mind you the policy is that they cannot say what time it will be delivered only that it can be from anywhere from 10-8pm, so you are wasting an entire day waiting…My mother finally got a Delivery early today (now Saturday) of the fruit arrangement and flowers. Flowers looked fine, the fruit however came completely spoiled…a pool of fermented rotten juice at the bottom of the bag and in the vase, and visible mold and slime on all pieces of the fruit arrangement, as well a rotten pungent smell… this is completely unacceptable on many different levels.

I ordered a birthday package for my wife. When the box arrived, the chocolate had melted due to an air conditioner issue with the drivers vehicle. I contacted Stephanie at the Pinellas Park location and she an AMAZING new birthday package for my wife. Thank you Stephanie, you are amazing.
