This enterprise was the one I rented from while waiting for insurance to fix my truck, and the service was wonderful! Laura and nayeli did a wonderful job making sure I was taken care of and made the process so smooth. Answered all my questions, concerns, made sure I was informed and even headed me in the right direction with some insurance concerns. The only place I will ever rent from!

Joe & Nayeli were outstanding and here is why.
My rental reservation was made through an insurance company. I have never done this before and I called the store, Nayeli answered and she did an outstanding job at explaining the process. I showed up at the appointment time the car was ready and I was on the way. Process was simple and easy.

We rented a car at the Seminole location for the week of Thanksgiving and returned the car on a Sunday afternoon, the day before it was due back. Unbeknownst to us they charged us for an additional day!!! We received our credit card statement and saw an additional 146.00 charge from the pinellas park location. Not even the location we rented from. We have been calling for weeks only to be told “Laura” would call us back. Well, we never received a call so we called again and she answered the phone. My husband said “I’ve been trying to reach you for weeks”. She couldn’t have cared less. We told her we were charged an extra day but we returned it a day early and her response was “yeah we’re processing a refund. You’ll have it in about 10 days”. He said it’s been over a month and her response was well we’re making it right now. We have rented from enterprise for approximately 15 years on a regular basis as my husbands job required extensive traveling but not anymore. Laura’s customer service was the absolute worst ever. Plenty of other rental car establishments to chose from.

This local enterprise store in Park Boulevard went above and beyond to help our family and we lost both of our vehicles and needed to rent a car. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and goes above and beyond

First car died on day 3 I believe the battery was dead in the key FOB but not sure, car had to be towed and we took an uber home. Later in the day we took an uber back to enterprise to get a replacement car. Second car on day 2 had a low oil light and the key fob battery alert came on. Unable to reach the local enterprise by phone because they do not pick up. I took care of the oil and key fob. They need to answer their phones and prep the cars better.

Gave me a Nissan with warning light on, smelled like an ashtray, maintenance needed message for tires, oil, filter. Promised to call me to trade it when morning cars were turned in. Never called, closed on Sun. I called Monday morning early and they said a car would be ready in an hour. Offered me choice of two. The one I chose he immediately said it’s not available. I’m 80 and handicapped and couldn’t get in the sedan because it’s so low. Finally gave me a van. It’s all I can do to open the sliding door and closing it is harder. I wish my insurance company would use another rental company in my area. (The office stinks like a bathroom with too much disinfectant.).

Spoke to them at 3pm day before and told my car would be ready at 8 am next morning. Discussed in length. 8:00 I get there and no car but I can drive a few miles to another location. All they had to do is communicate this and I would have planned for it. Terrible service and the staff doesn’t care
