If I could give zero stars I would. 7pm on a Friday night and I literally called FedEx to ensure what to do to get labels printed to return a scooter Amazon sent(FedEx delivered) that didnt work. Was specifically told on the phone by the Fedex representative to drive 25 minutes away(there were at least 10 other FedEx locations closer) to this one because of the battery in the scooter(mind you FedEx delivered it), snd because this center printed labels. I get there, lug the box inside and the guy makes this big deal out of printing the labels, and about the battery. Like this is just the end of his world. Tells me he'll do it, as if doing me some huge favor, then proceeds to tell me the internet is down. What exactly is your job there that is so difficult to print a label? I have a fractured shoulder and humerus. You cannot imagine the hassle. I will never use FedEx again. Keep in mind, this was not my issue to begin with. I was sent a defective item, and I was following the instructions given by both companies to just send it back! Outsourcing to another country is a joke, just to save money, when they cannot even help. I called them back after I was turned away because the internet was down, and no joke they were going to send me to another location 7 minutes away, that they didnt even realize was already CLOSED. I kid you not. Beyond incompetence.

Customer service is non existent in fed ex.expect you to wait up to ten hours to sign for a package.driver rude and basically told me to go fly a kite.expect rude and ARROGANT.

After the fifth time now I watched the actual driver so he can get home faster and I watched it go out for delivery and when he got back in the truck it said on hold and not deliverable and I was right on the office and could not catch him sad how bad reviews this company gets

Good customer service but it sucks when they put a door tag on there to pick it up at the center but they don't tell you if you're not there by 8:30 before the trucks leave its back out on the truck so I've already wasted two trips to go there and pick it up

Worst service I've had from any delivery company. Been fighting with them for months, and they refuse to do the job right. My packages are always left out in the sun and rain with smashed boxes and ruined products. I have it stated on all my accounts to put packages inside the screen door in the porch. Even went to BBB and they wouldn't do anything.
