Can't seem to do their job here. I have packages delivered almost everyday. When I use FedEx and it goes to this location I have to go pick it up everytime. They delay my packages for an average of a week everytime it goes to this location for delivery. When do I get my gas money back since they aren't doing their job since I am doing it for them?

Sue at the counter was very empathetic with our situation and went through the extra effort on a Friday afternoon to find a package the driver failed to deliver. When others may have easily said "I don't know", Sue had excellent customer service and went above and beyond to find a solution.

Woman at the counter helping today was incredibly nice and helpful. I had issues with the packaging of my item and she was really helpful and assisted with reprinting my label and attaching it.

Whichever driver has my route is absolutely awful. Not once since I’ve lived in this house have any of my FedEx deliveries arrived on their scheduled date. Not usually a big deal, but when you adjust your schedule because the packages are “adult signature required” it’s kind of obnoxious that you guys can’t hold up your end of the deal.I watched a FedEx truck pull into the neighborhood across the street from me an hour ago, and now my tracking estimate says “pending”. Won’t be here to sign for it tomorrow so I’m probably waiting til Monday now. Worst part is this isn’t the first time.I get medication delivered for my dog and everytime it’s set for a Saturday the driver just refuses to attempt a delivery and marks it as “could not deliver”.. I live on 38th Ave north, a busy street with a wide open driveway…. I shouldn’t be having these problems when I had to pay so much to use your terrible service. When I lived on 62nd Ave NE, the driver I had there was awesome. He never missed a delivery and was super friendly and always greeted my dogs. Pretty sure his name was Brendon?You guys need to do better with your scheduled deliveries. This is absurd

I returned a Spectrum box and the minute I walked in the door the person working brought up the Spectrum site. The service was great.

Left me a voicemail gave me the wrong callback number and then tried to attempt my delivery when they hire drivers that don’t know how to navigate up address properly I don’t have a letter on my apartment number so it sucks when I pay my money for something and then they choose FedEx as the carrier and then FedEx hires people that don’t even understand how to actually attempt a delivery Livid that I just wasted my money and my time and resources and FedEx made my delivery even worse.

Awesome! Knowledgeable, polite, and treat you like a customer. Desk customer service will offer your choices on date/time delivery versus cost. They are attentative, polite, and process your shipment without event. This is the place to go for all your shipment needs!

I just want to compliment Hilda on a job well done.I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with FedEx’s 1-800 number and was left with zero information. I went in and was immediately met by Hilda who helped me and was able to track the package for me and ensure it was delivered that day. She also followed up with me after delivery to make sure it was taken care of and I received everything.I can’t begin to explain how rare it is to encounter this in todays work force ESPECIALLY when dealing with shipping companies.

Driver did not have time to come to the door. Driver jus hung a door tag on my mailbox and left. This package needs to be signed for. Fedex can't even have it held at the Largo location for pick up by me.. so I get to waist another day sitting and waiting. What a terrible company to deal with.

Provided various forms of ID and bills which had my name and address on but barely wanted to give me my package that I paid for which had my name/address listed on as well.
