Failed inspection 2x refuse to fix problems
Still refuse to correct problems now we have bigger problems .
Grateful that we could get these problems fixed that had been happening. We no longer have a pond. Saul the district manager came out. Looked at the situation and they had spent 2days to fix these problems and make them right. He was understanding and had solutions. Having a great experience last few days.

Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Kendrum, a customer service representative. She was cordial, patient and very helpful! She was able to place an order for me and apply the correct credits and prices. I am now prepared for yet another hurricane season in Florida. Thank you Kendrum!!

A week after Hurricane Helene flooded my house in Gulf Harbors, I called up Ferrell Gas to check my gas tank although I was able to cook using my gas oven even after the flood water had receded. I even told the lady from Ferrel Gas who answered my call that I did not want to be charged for the technician’s visit. To my surprise, I was billed for the technician’s service just for coming but actually did nothing and also billed me for allegedly pumping profane gas which was patently false since I took a picture of the gas reading before he came and nothing was added since the gas reading was the same. I then called Ferrel Gas to complain but only the bill for profane gas was withdrawn/ deleted. If their technician lied about pumping gas into the tank, then it follows that he also lied about servicing the tank which was working well even after the flood but seemingly Ferrel management knowingly tolerates such totally dishonest business practices.

I live in Florida and have 3-120 gallon above ground propane tanks to run my whole house generator. The tanks were part of the generator install. I opened an account with Ferrellgas after the install and have been very happy with the service I have received. Their website is easy to navigate. Their customer service representatives are very helpful if you need to contact them in person. Once you place an order for a gas delivery, the wait is within about 5 to 7 days. I highly recommend Ferrellgas.

Just had a 500lb tank installed in my backyard. It was part of a backup whole house generator system. I found all in Ferrell Gas to be very helpful in getting my initial fill up.

Way over priced, down the road a little is $2 per gallon cheaper. This is for carrying my own tank in to be filled. Friendly people but expensive.
