I got the tires I asked for. Kori, the store manager, was friendly and professional. I took one star off; I was not pleased with the store employee who checked me out.

First and foremost, Corey is absolutely awesome. Always friendly and communicative. The issue with this visit was the actions of the tech working on my truck that I witnessed. While my truck was still in the air, he used an impact wrench at the highest setting to tighten my lug nuts and then was proceeding to put my center caps on with the same impact wrench. I brought this to Corey's attention, and he went to speak with the tech. When I arrived home, I discovered my lug nut were torqued to over 200 ftlb. I lifted one tire at a time, removed the lug nuts and torqued them properly. I quite literally grew up in the tire industry and the techs actions has brought a big concern to me and caused some minor damage to the wheel. This is a practice that I am sure he has used for a long time. Please! I urge you to properly educate and train your techs. This practice is unsafe completely unacceptable. Have a good day and God Bless. I love the Firestone Tire brand. Best tires on the market.

Heads up!!!
I went in to get my 60,000 mile schedule service. They recommended I get a fuel cleaning service along with the spark plugs. I had never done this before since my car manual doesn’t say to get the fuel decarb. As soon as I left, my check engine light came on. It was the first time my car had ever turned on a check engine light. I immediately called back and had them schedule me an appointment to check what was going on. They scheduled me for a Monday appointment. I waited for about
an hour or so on Monday so they can check my check engine light and then they told me that I needed an O2 sensor as well as a purge valve and wanted to charge me another 500 bucks to get that fixed. But they didn’t know that I had gone to AutoZone and O’Reillys before taking the car to them to get my check engine light scanned. The AutoZone on Park Boulevard told me it was just the O2 sensor.
Firestone denied that whatever they did caused the problem. They even said that nothing they did caused the problem as if i was accusing them of sabotaging my car. I stated that i just had the fuel decarb done and that maybe some of the debris loosened up and clogged the O2 sensor. They told me that the problem was completely unrelated. They even asked the master mechanic that had worked on it who gave the same response. However, they were ready to fix the problem by changing those two sensors out.
I declined the service to get a second opinion. I took it to the Chevy dealership and they told me that it was just an O2 sensor. I didn’t get it fixed at the dealership either because they took a whole day to get a diagnosed which I never did because I ended up taking the car back after a full day. That’s another story though.
Bottom line I do not recommend getting service done here unless you double check with another mechanic to see if the problem is truly what they’re telling you it is I ended up going to a local mechanic that had a great reviews and was very affordable. They just changed what I needed to change, which was the O2 sensor and like magic my check engine light disappeared. And the cost was less than half of what Firestone was charging me. On a sidenote, Firestone was charging me three times the price for an original O2 that only cost 60 bucks. They wanted me to pay $180 for it. So do your research and just and don’t be desperate because that can cost you more than what you have to pay. with the money I saved I bought groceries for the week and still have money left over. Why spend more than you have to? I get my vehicle aligned there also and it’s hot or miss with the alignment. I find myself having to take it back after almost every service but what happened to me this time was the last straw for anything other than my lifetime alignment. I do still think its good value. Just remember, these bigger businesses thrive on ignorant people. They love to “help” by taking your money for things that you may not need done for example my purge valve. They read codes of a machine and replace parts but that doesn’t mean you’ll get the problem fixed or that what they read is actually the problem.

I like the tires, but I made an appointment at 10 a.m., for which I was 15 minutes early, and my car didn't go on the hoist until after noon. It was four hours out of my day. Not sure why I made the appointment.

Waiting for over ten minutes to speak to a team member is INSANE for a place so expensive.

I took my car in to be serviced December 6th 2024 to have front and rear suspension repair work done. However, the price they quoted me at was different from the price they were going to charge me once they had my car on the rack I caught on to that And have both the quote & the newly charged price. However, they were unable to finish the job because they did not have the front suspension package so they wanted me to return. Keep in mind I could not inform them about my attorney and their misquoting of the pricing until they completed the job. It did not help that with the four new tires that they convinced me to purchase.... they overinflated them. They were supposed to be 32-33 lb of pressure. They had them all at 48 lb of pressure each. Therefore, they blew my tire pressure sensor monitor that no longer works correctly. I have to replace that myself in which I'm not very happy about at all. They wanted me to return to have the work done. I instead found a competitor company that does custom work to have the job done. Although it cost more, I would much rather pay more and have it done correctly the first time then incorrectly the second time. I'm not very pleased with the service I received and I've been going to these guys a few times but mostly tires Plus on the other hand. As much as I trust tires Plus I do not trust this location of Firestone not anymore.
I was even more disappointed that they sent me a message telling me that they would reach out to me and reference the problem that I occurred with this location. Keep in mind that was December 6th, 2024 and here it is January 2nd 2025 and I still have not heard from them and it shows me how much they actually are concerned about the bad service their employees give. It doesn't help that when you try calling them on the phone they never answer their phone or they'll put you on hold until you hang up which is another complaint. I'm sure some people have already experienced as much as myself.... I believe I've been way more than patient on this issue.

Tried calling a grand total of 5 times, with a total of 45 minutes on hold just to get hung up on every single time. I made an appointment for an alignment and went there to get it done, I showed up on time but obviously had to wait another 45 minutes per Firestone fashion just to walk outside with the tech and for them to tell me they cannot even do an alignment on my car.... Would've saved a bunch of my time if they had just done that to begin with instead of making me wait... Both customer service and regular service are no good here so I wouldn't recommend going here for my fellow gearheads.

I brought my mustang in for an alignment today and they wasted my time, didnt even start my car till i asked about it nearly 4 HOURS LATER and then say they are working on it right now, but why is it that fast and furious is playing on my car? And why is it well into the movie? About 30 ish minutes? And say that your “A tech” was the one that put my car on the rack before, and then say “oh we gotta take another car off the rack and put it back on” and say they dont know how long itll take after making me wait for over 5 hours. Overall unacceptable and disappointing.

Made an appointment for wheel balance and alignment, took 5 hours. Was told it took so long because it was cold and it's hard for some guys to get moving... gotta be one of the worst excuses I've ever heard. After getting home I looked at my work order and it doesn't even show they balanced my wheels, and they only performed an alignment check, not an actual alignment like I requested. Never using fire stone again, and telling everyone I know to stay away. What a joke of a repair shop if you can even call it that...

Wish there was an option for less than 1 star. Brought in my company vehicle (2019 Chevy Colorado) that I had a 2pm appointment for breaks. Checked in for my appointment with the counter person and explained that i already knew i would need pads and rotors. They took my vehicle in right away which made me extremely optimistic as I was going to be waiting with the truck. Sat in the waiting area for an hour without any approach from an employee. Decided to step outside and check to see where we were at regarding the work in the truck to find my truck on the lift with the wheels off but the original rotors and pads still on the truck. The tech was sitting in a stool next to the truck on his phone scrolling social media. I asked what the story was to which he replied that he submitted his report and was waiting for direction and that i needed to check with the counter person inside. I went back in and approached the counter person and asked what was going on to which I was advised "you need pads and rotors"....is this a joke? Over an hour to determine that the rotors and pads needed to be replaced? Forget about the fact that the appointment was made to do pads and rotors to begin with. Absolutely nuts. Now I'm annoyed, but I stay calm. Here I sit 5:20 pm and I'm still waiting for my truck to be finished. End result, over an hour to figure out that my pads and rotors needed to be replaced which had I not asked, the work would have never started and over 2 hours to change out the rotors and pads on just the front. Just plain bad all the way around.

Just tried to call litterally 5 times, first time put me on hold for 22 minutes, then all the other times it would ring, click, and hang up. I've never even used them before I was trying to get a quote for calipers. Wow...

Today is the second time this week I have been to this Firestone to have my tire repaired. Both times I had an appointment. The first visit I waited 2.5 hours for a simple tire repair. Today it has been 1 hour and 40 minutes. It took a whole hour for them to tell me I need a new tire. 40 minutes later I'm still waiting for the tire to b put on. My time is much more valuable than. When I ask how much longer the service man get short with me. I would never recommend this Firestone.
