Just letting everyone know about the five below in this location 7170 you have a manager who is Asian with glasses and then another lady who is super super rude. There was an effective rug and all I asked if I can get a discount she kept giving me an attitude. I asked her another question she could give me an attitude. They were trying to rush me out of the store being completely nasty. I would not go to the location 7170 in Saint Pete I asked for a manager and she refuse to give me her name and they refuse to give me a number to call corporate. I would not allow a young girl who is that rude with customers to be a manager.

Good location overall. I have a couple of suggestions:
• Consider carrying more inclusive clothing sizes.
• It would be helpful if the greeting for incoming customers was toned down — the loud, repeated “WELCOME TO FIVE BELOW” every time the door opens from employees all around the store can be overwhelming.
• The self-checkout setup feels unclear. If the store intends for customers to check out themselves, staff should not stand directly behind them watching every step. It creates discomfort and feels invasive. If self-checkout is not the intended process, the layout may need to be adjusted.

I love this store so much, it always has friendly staff and exactly what I need. I've been coming here for a while, and it has almost never disappointed. The staff are helpful with advice and guidance to find what I need or offer assistance at the self checkout.

Anytime I'm near a Five Below I check it out, so I have been to many many locations. With that in mind, I have to say the Pinellas Park location is one of the best Five Belows that I have shopped at. It also seems to have improved as of late and is better organized and not as cluttered as it once was. Will definitely be back 👍

Celeste (I hope I spelled that right) was so sweet and helpful!!! It’s such a breath of fresh air to have a good customer service worker. Most of the time they are rude, but she was such the opposite. Keep up the good work.

We stop in to shop for treats and snacks. They have so many cheap options for toys and slime. They have unique snacks and a variety of stuff we probably don’t need 😂

I really enjoyed this 5 bellow they have always been nice and respectful to me until one day i was going the movies with my friends and we decided to go to 5 bellow before the movie started js to look around burn some time but me and my 3 other friends were off looking at the makeup while the rest of the group was looking at the toys and we noticed that 2 or 3 worker were following them not me and my 3 other friends (me and my 3 other friends were white the others were black) and my one friend bought some and she was telling us oh the movies abt to start let’s go and my one friend says to the worker why are you following us the worker replied “because you guys look suspicious and are not buying anything and my Manager told me to watch out for you guys” well they got in a argument but yesterday i went bck to that 5 bellow and they did the same thing with black ppl.
