I used Mr. Mover in 2018, and had a positive experience so I decided to book them again for my next move. HUGE MISTAKE! I had a strict move-out date, booked them weeks in advance, yet there I was waiting around for 2-hours with no phone call, no email, no returned voicemail messages, nothing. I called every single number, and could not reach a single person... NOT even their sales line. They decided to call me back 3-hours after my scheduled move time to tell me that they did not have any delivery guys to complete the move. I was left in a panic, scrambling last minute to find ANY moving company that could do a same day move with zero advance notice. College Hunks Hauling Junk was the only company that was able to fulfill the job last minute, and it cost me nearly 4x what I budgeted because of Mr. Mover. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I called them multiple times on the day of our move trying to get a status of our movers. All they said was to stay by your phone and they'll give a 30 minute lead time. We never got the call and we called them multiple calls with no call back. We have an infant with no crib and we have no mattress. We'll all be sleeping on the floor tonight. I left a message begging them to call back given our circumstance. Don't give companies like this your businesses. They deserve to go under.

The movers themselves were great and they deserve 5 stars but the communication with the company is horrible! They are quick to book your service but absolutely ridiculous when it comes to discrepancies. My move was completed friday afternoon and I was quoted one price by the mover and signed the paperwork. As he is walking out of my door his boss messages him with a quote that is more than the actual timing. I immediately call the office and get no response so I left a message. Also called the next morning and get no response and leave another message. Finally.on day 3 I get a call from the manager who doesnt even know why I called even though I left a very detailed message. As I explain the situation and let hum know that even the driver stated it was a 2 1/2 hour job.. his response "he is just a driver, I am the manager and I make those decisions." After that was said I hung up the phone because clearly that was a useless conversation and this person should not be a manager of anything! Thankfully it was only a $50 difference but im pretty sure they have ripped other people off for more than that. I would not reccomend this company even if your stuff was sitting on the street and they offered to move it for $20 cause they would probably turn that into a larger amout as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY AND DESERVE COMMON COURTESY AND RESPECT. I do want to thank the two individuals who moved my stuff and yes they were tipped appropriately. I will be leaving a review on every site possible to help warn hard working individuals about this company!

To say I was disappointed is not even close to how I felt after they spent 7 hours & couldnt even get all of our things in their truck! We had 2 beds, 2 dressers, 3 night tables, 3 chairs, 2 ottomans 3 occasional tables & about 30 boxes! 1 chair, 1 table/chest, plus numerous other little things never made it on the truck! The truck was a LARGE MOVING TRUCK! Unfortunately the sent a kid. Yes I said kid that couldn't have been more than 16 if that who had no idea how to move anything. The other YOUNG man tried to help him, but we WERE NOT paying for OJT! Unfortunately, that's what we got!! And to top it off we paid top dollar$$)

DO NOT use Mr. Mover. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau for a reason. I would give a zero rating if that were an option. Mr. Mover broke my grandfather clock when they moved it with the pendulum and weights inside. Even though I asked them to remove the items, I was dismissed and ignored. They settled for .60/pound which did not even cover the cost of getting an estimate for the repair. They damaged other furniture by not wrapping them at all. They ran out of room in their truck even though I told them beforehand it was a 2 bedroom home. I still had to rent a Uhaul to finish the job. They overcharged my credit card and refused to reimburse me. Then when I got a charge back on my credit card for the overage they sued me in court for the difference. I ended up having to pay almost $1,000 for their court and attorneys fees because his questionable attorney said he spent four billable hours on the "case" for $110.00. Please read the horrible reviews and trust the BBB rating. DO NOT trust Mr. Mover with your belongings or with your credit card number.

OMG, there are no words! DO NOT under any circumstances use these people. They were four hours late, they used no pads or blankets, things were broken, they were lazy and rude, and after all that, they charged us a $300 stop fee. The next day, they did the same thing. They wouldn't answer their phones and we waited at our destination until 9:30 p.m. for them to show up. There's SO much more but I don't want to waste my time on them!

Takes your money, then disappears, I had a move scheduled for March 25th, I tried to contact them the day before the move, and nobody called me back. The morning of the move, I finally got someone to answer my phone call, they gave me the number of the dispatcher, who told me his guys would be there within a half hour, an hour later, they finally arrived at 11:30 AM. they did move my furniture quickly, however, they damaged a number of items, Lost the paperwork before they got to the new house, and never told me how to file a claim for the damage to my furniture and my floors and walls. After 5 attempts to contact them (again, they said all calls have to go to the dispatcher, who does not answer or return calls) they still have not contacted me about fixing or paying for the damage.

This moving company is the ABSOLUTE WORST. As a warning to anyone, DO NOT use this company if you're planning on moving regardless of the other reviews. Their two inexperienced movers dropped our furniture (wheeling it on a dolly facing forward down a ramp....) severely damaging it. We tried to get reimbursed for the damage (after submitting pictures and following the protocol) and are STILL waiting... since 9/1/18 Our next step is to report them to Better Business Bureau and the Florida AG Office.

Great company.....We needed to move our offices from one location to another in Tampa. Mr mover was timely, professional, and cost effective for the move. The movers handled everything with care and everything arrived safely

I've used this company a few times now- the guys are great. They were able to store my stuff for the month we had to wait for our new home to be ready. They were able to put everything exactly where I wanted it. Thank you Mr Mover

I will never use these people again! First off I've never seen movers not wrap furniture to protect it from damage. Second they ruined all of my furniture! There's a hole on my couch and dirt stains everywhere. One of the movers dropped one of my tables and microwave so that's more damage I have to deal with. No apology either. If you like your furniture I recommend not using these people!!!

Update: we just found out that the credit card and bank card numbers we used to pay these crooks got stolen and charges racked up all over Florida. Having to work with the bank and CC to shut them down and dispute charges. I'm pressing charges against this company. Any of you want to join me?
