I made an appointment online with Sara. I show up and she tells me I don't have you on my book. Lack of communication skills and bad customer service. A friend of mine recommended me to this place. Called to see availability, male introduced himself, could not tell if he said mick or nick, I did ask so I wasn’t rude by saying the wrong name, he got kinda aggressive with me right after I asked for clarification. He didn’t know anyones schedule besides himself and just rushed me off the phone. I would go here off of my first impression.
