Terrible experience with Hall Brothers Moving Company. The movers were clearly amateurs — they dropped our furniture multiple times, damaged several pieces, and even lost screws we need to put things back together. One of the guys literally walked out in the middle of the move because he thought he wasn’t getting paid, which delayed everything (while we were still paying by the hour).
We asked for 3 movers, but 4 showed up, and even with the extra person they were very slow. The whole thing felt unprofessional and disorganized. Save yourself the stress and go with a different moving company.

Crew was prompt, friendly, and handled everything with care (even down 3 flights of stairs in Summer heat!).
Would recommend them to others and plan to use them again in the future!

This review is entirely due to their unacceptable lack of information—not the service itself. At no point during the booking process was I informed that the charges were non-refundable. After I canceled, I demanded proof—whether from their website or any official communication—showing that the booking fee was non-refundable. They failed to provide any. This kind of ambiguity and lack of transparency is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

We just had these guys out today on Superbowl Sunday. They were early and got to work right away. They kicked butt. Friendly, fast, and reliable. 8 hrs straight and moved a 2/2 apt and a 10x10 storage unit. I'm horrible about remembering names, but all 3 gentlemen were our rock stars! 3rd time using them and 3rd time being impressed. I will not use another company for residential or business. My hat is off to you guys. Thank you!!!!!

The two young men were patient because of hurricane Elene my condo flooded and at the last minute I was told that they going to do repairs to my Condo. I was so unprepared when they arrived but they were patient and nice. If I were to move again I would love to have the same two young men. They were very fast, efficient and nice. Straight focused at the task at hand. If I owned my own company I would definitely hire them ( they’re treasurers to Hall Brothers. I thank them again 💯

Driving 20 mph in the left lane on ulmerton road with hazard lights on impeding the flow of traffic. You're not supposed to be moving forward with your hazard lights on especially in the left lane. Never heard of this company before today but my first impression is very very bad

We have used this company for years when it comes to moving. However, don’t think we will be using again. Unfortunately, I was told they would cover the furniture that would be moved and it was not covered so they ruined my $2000 king mattress that was spotless because I had a mattress cover on it so it would not get dirty. Well today that all changed there is dirt marks all over my mattress now. Not happy about it. Hopefully the dirt stains come out. It sucks.

I was totally amazed. I needed the service on short notice and they were so helpful to get it done. The movers showed up on time and efficiently wrapped and moved the entire 1 Br condo in no time flat. Pedro & Gino were courteous and took great care of the furniture. It started raining and they wrapped the items double so as not to get wet and worked so hard in the rain, stacked everything compactly in the storage unit to save space. It was a very pleasant experience and I will use them again when I move into my apartment. I give 5 stars ...hand down !! PS also the rates were lower than others I had contacted... Wendy.. Thanks for all the office help !

This is our third time using the moving services of Hall Brothers Moving. They are the "real deal" when it comes to professional movers who handle your property with the greatest of care. Wouldn't even consider using anyone else! If there were more than 5 stars to select, they would get everyone of them. Thank you Hall Brothers for a job well done, again!

Worst moving company experience I’ve had. I have absolutely nothing good to say. Sheer disregard and disrespect for my belongings. I wish I could give zero stars.**Update**As I am unpacking my things I am mortified. I would not suggest this moving company to my worst enemy. The picture shown is the very last puzzle that my grandmother put together before she passed away. I have kept it safe and planned on framing it. This was in a pile of my belongings that they were NOT SUPPOSED TO TOUCH OR PACK. This is how I just pulled it out of a box.
