Spent over 100$ for flowers that weren't delivered, very disappointed. I sure hope i get a refund!! But either way the occasion was ruined. Edit: i got a full refund so I'm giving 3 stars.

Haven't bought flowers in quite some time. Stopped in to take a look at their arrangements, I wasn't looking for just roses, I was looking for something different, They suggested the paradise arrangement and boy were they right,absolutely beautiful!

The arrangement that was delivered was as beautiful as the picture they had online! They delivered the same day! I am so happy that I chose this Florist! This arrangement and bottle of wine was perfect! I will also say that the recipient said the arrangement smelled wonderful!

I am reading all these reviews and don’t understand why what happened to me today happened at this place. I ordered a corsage and boutonnière for my son and his girlfriend’s homecoming. I ordered on Thursday for pick up Friday. The woman on the phone said $34.99 and $29.99. I said ok I need yellow for both. She goes back and forth with pink, yellow and white. I said yellow nothing else. I go to pick up around 12 when I said I would be there and see that the boutonnière is completely wilted and that they are using artificial greenery. The corsage ribbon which I was never asked about what color or kind they were using was coming off. They also used artificial greenery on the corsage. I said I wasn’t paying for brown roses she literally sat there and argued with me about them not being brown. She finally said ok we will remake. I get home tell my husband and he’s pissed about all of it because we are on a budget and paid $65 for fake stuff and wilted roses. So he calls they remake both. We pick up I get a text from my son and says the corsage is falling apart!!! I am livid. I want a refund and will NEVER go there again and will make sure to tell anyone who mentions them my experience. And the girl smirking at my husband topped the cake. Awful customer service. What a joke.

If I could give a ZERO star I certainly would. I had ordered a premium bouquet for a relative's funeral service. I was beyond disappointed by what arrived. It looked nothing like a PREMIUM and was smaller than a STANDARD. I was charged for a premium! I could have gone to Publix and purchased a better bouquet at a tenth of the price I paid Hayes. The transaction is currently in dispute. My sister also ordered a bouquet and it also was terrible. They refused to refund any money when she contacted them. One photo is the Standard on the Hayes website. The other photo is what was received. Judge for yourself!!!
The Hayes review page denied permission to post photos. Gee, I wonder why? Buyer beware.

I used Hayes for my wedding and they exceeded all my expectations. The florals were stunning. I was absolutely clueless about flowers going into the wedding planning process but Nandini was generous enough to spend a couple hours with me helping to craft a vision. Then, Jwala and her team went above and beyond to create my unique ikebana style arrangements. Highly recommend!

My Brother ordered flowers for my Mother for Mother’s Day. First of All, They left the flowers on the doorstep, instead of coming back later to deliver them again. Then, My Mother & I were Floored by the Awful Flower Arrangement that My Mom received. 2 were already dead & by the next day they were dying eventhough I try to salvage them. Usually whenever I put the in a vase w/ Spring Water in Sunlight outside they bloom Beautifully. These flowers didn’t bloom much & by today which is 5/15/24. It looks like we have to throw them out. I thought my Mom’s Mother’s Day was ruined & I’m very disappointed that this Florist Business did not take much thought into putting together my Mom’s flower arrangement on her day. I can not recommend your business to anyone else I know, since I have nothing positive to say about it.

Twice now I have ordered from Hayes and both times I did designer specialities (where you tell them the basics of what you want and what you are willing to spend and they put something together). Both times, I ended up with beautiful arrangements. One was delivery and another was pick-up. Pick up and delivery were on schedule as they stated.
