If I could give 0 stars I would. I reserved uhaul truck more than a month ago. They changed my reservation to hitch world the day before. Hitch world closed for the storm that wasn’t going to come for another 2 days.
I called hitch world because there was no notice about the closure. The man who picked up proceeded to scream at me and tell me it’s not his responsibility, there are no more trucks anyway, then hung up on me. (By the way there is a truck here)
Awful experience and I cannot believe I was screamed at for inquiring if they were open.

Nasty staff that over charge and have no knowledge when questioned them on my application and install questions. Use another business that knows what there talking about.

Don't count on having a U-Haul available at this location. I received a confirmation the night before, but when I went to pick it up was told it wasn't there and would be there for several more hours. I went to Pinellas Self Storage and they were able to solve my problem.

Returned a small uhaul trailer here. They are usually very easy to return- the trailer is light and able to be pushed where it needs to go by hand. Hitch world asked that I back it into a spot that was very difficult to get to because of how the other trailers and cars next door were parked. This should not have been something I had to do. Would leave zero stars if I could.On pictures- I had to pull my truck between the Tesla and the cars, then straighten out the trailer and swing it into the back corner.

These clowns told me that it’s impossible to install a trailer hitch on a 2012 Tahoe. LMAO Do not use these guys. They do not know what they are doing.

Per a slight fender bender frame/bumper a little bent. Didn't think I would ever get a hitch on. UHaul said it couldn't be done. This guy had it done in 2 hours. Pretty sure if it can be hitched, he can do it.

459 for a hitch!!!!!! What!? No electrical hook up. Uhaul wanted to charge me less than that. I can understand why their reviews are low.

I recently started going to Hitch World. After dealing with the guys there, I would definitely recommend going there first. The guys there are very knowledgeable and beyond helpful. They had diagnostic equipment I didn’t even know existed and were able to figure out and fix every issue I caused and brought to them for help. Thank you Terry and Tim!!!

I had a Receiver added to our Ford Explorer, called it got ordered came in first thing in the morning and it was installed in 45 minutes. Very Nice Staff and Professional and they did an excellent job
