Dissatisfied with the Area Sales Manager, Ken Rechnitzer. We had been corresponding about him going out to review the property where we wanted to install the Tuff Shed. During this correspondence, which was daily, we decided on a time he could come out and take a look. We then found out we needed to get concrete slab poured and work out the financing with Home Depot. During this time I guess their promo ended and when I went in to make the purchase it was now almost 2k higher then the original quote. Mind you, only maybe 7 days has passed at this time. They are refusing to honor the original quote stating, nothing can be done. If you want the business I think you'd honor the quote. I can understand if I came back months later and wanted something honored but were talking a week and we have been in correspondence this entire time. Very unhappy that I know have a concrete slab and no shed to be able to install on it. Poor customer service selection for Tuff Shed and Home Depot!

They keep charging my card multiple times on check out. Instead of charging me once for my items like normal, they charge my twice and said it didn't go through when it did

I hate to leave such a bad review to Home Depot, as I've done business with them for years. I don't know why they'd sell such a terrible refrigerator by Samsung with all of their known defects. I had one fix of my fridge under my extended warranty, sadly the same issues exist and after further research and a very helpful Facebook page (Samsung Refrigerator Recall USA NOW) these issues are engineering and design flaws. I've lost countless groceries, medication, and my child's breast milk on the most recent freezing issue. I'll be getting my third "fix" this week by Samsung, yet sadly their customer service is terrible as I've got more than 50 hours of time dealing with this issue with a newborn. Please Home Depot; save everyone from these issues and quit selling Samsung refrigerators. Anyone may contact me or the Facebook group if they're having issues on how to deal with Samsung by filing with the BBB and attorney general.

The installer they sent out to do repairs said all the carpet needs to be replaced edger since the seam can not be repaired. They offered me $400 to settle and said they would not replace the carpet. My mother is 94yr old and they sent an unvaccinated man out to do the installation If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. My name is George her 72yr old son and caretaker. Please help. And do not be defrauded by Home Depot like I was Thank you 727-410-6679.

My husband and I needed to have our kitchen remodeled because our condo didn't come with a dishwasher or a place to put one. We signed the paperwork and set everything up in May. In May we were told 6-8 weeks until our kitchen is done. That would have put us, at the latest, in the first week of August. We are now in the first week of November and my kitchen only has cabinets installed. No countertops, no sink, no dishwasher, no backsplash, and none of that can be done without the countertops. Im beyond fed up. I've been so calm and nice about it, but now I'm being told that my kitchen still won't be done before Thanksgiving! I won't be able to cook my family Thanksgiving dinner this year. I still haven't had a call from management to make it right. They know I'm upset, they just don't care. I won't be using Home Depot for either of our bathroom remodeling and I'll be making sure none of my family or friends do either.

If negative stars were allowed I would definitely do that. On 4/25 I ordered a fridge as mine was broken, delivery of new one was schedule on May 4th, delivery crew broke it. On May 14th delivery crew broke new one. I ask for a refund so I can purchase a different fridge and get "well, that will take some time" still no refund, still no ability to buy fridge and Home Depot staff (when you go in are too busy to help). DO NOT BUY appliances from here.

Very poor decision making, Home Depot. Not accepting Samsung Pay, Google Pay or Apple Pay with your new PED "upgrade". In addition to a step back in the customer experience, why would you decide to do this during a world wide pandemic when contactless payment options should be promoted as the go to? Unacceptable...

Not doing anything about people not wearing masks. Not taking disinfecting serious. If they can't be bothered to provide safe environment you won't have my hard earned money spent on at any Home Depot. Let all careless endangering people go and contaminate each other. Once their sick or possibly dead they won't be able to afford spending money there and you won't survive with out shoppers and you can kiss your company good bye!Home Depot has horrible management who doesn't care.Don't waste your time and money go we're businesses appreciate you as a customer and employee and provide safe clean environment the best they can.Side note: TJ Max Down Road in plaza is doing same thing.People need to stand up and let these businesses know we won't tolerate this Blanton Disrespect for life and Safety.

We've had several experiences with the store's choices in contractor s. My elderly mother only choose the Home Depot because it's close by. The recent projects she has decided to have the store do were to install a new glass closet door. The store rep. measured the door, the door was to be ordered and installed all within a two and a half weeks time frame. We waited and waited. Found out the measurements were lost. REALLY! They came back out to measure. Then the door that was installed had a different color frame than we ordered and didn't match. My Mom settled with the mismatched door, just to have it installed. The sales manager took $179.00 off, which was a good customer service move. However, how about getting the job done right the first time! From start to finish it took 2 months! NOT good or responsible!
