Previously a State Farm customer for over 25+ year; bad experience with another agent opened an opportunity for me to explore options, made the switch to a different provider who up until recently was wonderful until they merged. Subsequently my experience went down, rates went up, and accessibility connect with a live person was hit or miss.
Decided to stop by Bill Campbell's office and was immediately met with a warm and welcome vibe, something that is few and far between these days. Additionally (and maybe more importantly), my rates were cut by nearly 50%. Spent more than an hour just chatting with everyone in the office and left feeling valued and important.
