DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE- TOOK ONE YEAR TO GET! We picked out 4 pieces to a black colored leather sectional January 2023 but were told it had to be custom made and would take 12-14 weeks to receive. We signed and paid the entire $4500 at the time of the order, not a cheap couch at all! Then we waited. And waited. And waited. We received minimal communication regarding the order status other than it is still being made and no additional delivery updates could be determined until they received it. What a terrible supply chain process! Finally mid JULY 2023, we received delivery but 2 of the 4 pieces were incorrectly ordered by them (the order invoice reflected correctly) and they were not automatic recliners as ordered. We dealt with the incorrect pieces until the 2 could be remade and delivered. Waiting again. And waited. Mid DECEMBER 2023, the replacement pieces finally came in but now upon delivery again, the 2 new pieces DID NOT LINE UP with the original 2 pieces due to differences in manufacturing batches. I went in to speak to a manager about what compensation they could offer for this headache of a terrible product sold to us! They offered only a $150 Hudson gift certificate - that is a 3% compensation (like I want to purchase anymore items from them!) and a service call for them to inspect the differences, which they came out wasting more of my time and said there was nothing they could do as that is how they were manufactured. Don't waste your time unless you have a year to wait and want to be DISRESPECTED thinking you are getting a quality product! Save your HARD EARNED MONEY and go elsewhere for a much cheaper product with an enjoyable purchasing experience!!! Never again will I purchase from you Hudson's!!!

Way too expensive and not good quality furniture. I was in the market for a mattress and their sales rep kept on trying to sell me their mattress warranty program for additional $1000 where I can exchange the mattress within a certain period of time. He pushed that more than the mattress to the point to where I got annoyed. I'm not in the market for a mattress warranty but for a good quality mattress that shouldn't need additional warranty. Because of that I didn't buy the mattress from Hudson's.

Had a great experience buying our leather sectional from Oz. Super knowledgeable and helpful. We bought a beautiful, quality, piece of furniture that I know we will enjoy for years to come. Looking forward to delivery!

Nick McGuire was our salesperson and he was phenomenal to work with. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find what we needed. The manager, Oz, was also very helpful and accommodating. There was a wide selection of excellent, quality furniture to choose from and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend checking them out. We are glad we did!

I've been to 5 furniture stores with no luck. Walked into Hudson's and had the most pleasant experience. Melanie Ross greeted us warmly at the door, and said if we needed her to let her know. She did not follow us around the store like most sales people. (I find this incredibly annoying and have left stores because of it.) She did check on us after about 15 minutes. I told her what we were looking for, and from that point on we were in shopping mode. We found what we wanted. She is a designer also, so very helpful with picking out colors based on my house picture's, etc. Discussed couch placement, etc. Bought a couch and 4 recliners. Very pleased with service.

Hudsons Customer Service came to our rescue when the warranty company would not fulfill their responsibility to repair our couch. We were given a full amount store credit to replace the couch any way we wished. THIS is how to keep customers happy and coming back and recommending your store! Thank you for all you have done for us!

Beautiful quality furniture. Prices vary by selection. The store is clean and decorated nicely. The best part of the experience was our sales rep Melanie. She really went above and beyond with several requests. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and answered all of our questions. She was also very kind. Other staff I dealt with were awesome and accommodating, as well. I would definitely shop there again!

The staff at Hudson’s Furniture will always go above and beyond your expectations. If there is an issue Penny will do everything in her power to fix it. I strongly recommend Hudson. They have beautiful, affordable furniture and a very knowledgeable and professional staff. They are just the best!

From walking in to shop until delivery I give Hudson’s an A+. Do you know they offer a free interior decorater who comes to your home to help with your purchases!! Shannon at Pinellas Park is the best. She had such great ideas.

Hudson's has beautiful, good quality furniture. Penny in Management is excellent, handled organizing delivery with extreme efficiency. Delivery personnel is excellent, professional and polite. Robert Hill, Salesman, did a fine job explaining the process, the furniture, the quality etc. He was tremendous in his knowledge, professionalism and helpfulness. I highly recommend Hudson's Furniture.

Oz welcomed my husband and I to the store and gave us room to roam and find what we were looking for. He offered the free Interior Design service and we were paired up with Shannon. Our experience was nothing short of wonderful. With our limited time frame Shannon cultivated our rooms within our budget. We will be back for phase two very soon! Thank you!

They used to be better. Very disappointed in the quality of their leather goods. After 2-1/2 years the paint that was used on the leather is wearing off and as I have learned Hudson's offers no solution and I was left with the feeling that they don't care that I have been a customer for many years. I won't go back.

I have bought from Hudson's in the past and furniture was of very good quality. I will say that I bought elsewhere this time due to price. The Memorial Day Sale prices were 50% off of greatly overinflated prices. We looked at a relatively simple manual recline sofa and loveseat in fabric, not leather, and 50% off price was $4500. I do not believe the normal price was $9000 and quality was certainly not worth that. I bought elsewhere based solely on the dishonest pricing. Not sure if I'd go back and can't recommend a place that does this type of advertising. Seems they assume customers are just stupid.
