I have to say that this place is amazing. These guys are fast and thorough. Not pushy or judgmental. As i like to read reviews from other people as well. Never once have i ever felt pressured with grease monkey. Some of these one star reviews that are left dont add up woth the service that they provide. Prices are going up everywhere people. Times are changing. Moral of my story is dont buy a car that you arent prepared to spend the money on to maintenance it. And then criticize a shop for charging you money for a repair that you say you can start doing yourself. If you could you wouldnt be coming to these guys. Give these guys some credit because their the ones that keep your car running not you. GREAT JOB GUYS. YOU ARE TRULY WONDERFUL!

Unfortunately, a lot has changed over the five years I’ve been coming here. I understand that prices go up with inflation, but it’s frustrating that every time I come in for an oil change, I’m pressured to buy a list of additional services. This used to be a cost-effective place for a simple oil change, but now the prices feel more like a luxury dealership—without the level of product quality or customer service to match. Because of this, I’ll likely start doing my own oil changes moving forward.

Let me start out by saying that i have been coming to this location for over 20 years. And this is hands down the best experience i have ever had. These guys were quick and efficient. Not pushy or judgmental. They checked all my filters including the one in my glove box that i had totally forgot about. I have to say that this store has done a conplete 180 degree turn around since the big black guy left and the new guy took over. Amazing job guys. You keep this up and you will have my business for life. Thanks again grease monkey!!

Very grateful for the gentleman who helped me, Brandon. I’m not very well versed and as a female have a fear of becoming one of those car stories. Brandon laid out the information, but more importantly he explained everything in timelines and real life situations to better help me understand. My oil and filter change were quick, easy and affordable and efficient!

Should this be a 5 star job? I took my 3 cars to you guys today 11/11/25 and paid over $400 + cash tip to the associate, for the service, thank you, you guys already know who i am at this time, and got my address 3 times for you to re confirm on your records, but 1 of your associates was paranoid looking for hidden cameras inside my car he couldn't find, dont think i am not smart enough to notice it, I dont know why he decided to open my door without even asking and looked behind my chair and behind me, then he wanted to see my camera video and put his hands in the radio without my knowledge to touch rear camera menu modes, what was he trying to find?? He opened my door a second time after I closed it and kept looking behind and under my chair. I asked him to please dont open my door again and that I was just interested in oil and filter replacement.. I bet you 100% he was looking for a video recording device he didn't see, but he was trying to probably confirm it was there, in order to do a complete work, am I right or just judging wrong?
Isnt it how it always works?You know he wasnt looking for the oil reset button, that's in the front dashboard.
Should Pinellas Park trust this location, now showing us the used replaced filter after the service? Are they trully changing the filter as they confirm they are charging us to all?
