It was very expensive to file with Jackson Hewitt tax service and the person that filed our taxes didn't care about getting us the write offs like she should've. So we ended up having to pay a lot.

DENICE RETTINGOR filed two tax years for me. She was extra patient with us since we are in our 80’s. She has been doing this for quite sometime and knows the Tax business very well! She will see me next year … Lord will’in and the crick doesn’t rise. ?

Denise was my tax preparer and consultant. She explained every thing I asked her and was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We had a great conversation, I got my taxes prepared and the fee was very reasonable. Denise and Jackson Hewitt did an amazing job.

Denise our tax preparer did an excellent job. Our 1 hour appointment ran to 2 hours because we had moved to Florida in May of 2022. Denise provided us with a lot of info for filing for next year. We will be back to Jackson Hewitt next year. Thanks again Denise, Janet Abt

The main reason I used their service was for the advance. It was my understanding that as long as my return was greater than $600 then I should get it. Well that is incorrect. That is the American Express Serve card policy. Not the Jackson Hewitt policy. It cost me almost $800 to learn that. Next time I will do my own taxes and save my money. This was a very expensive lesson learned. Unless you are okay to wait on your refund or you are expecting over $3600 on your return, don't waste your money or time.
