Just had a custom made 17g 18k gold ring that looks EXACTLY like the one from Lord of the rings. Exquisite work and Vhu is the MAN. I CHERISH THIS FOREVER. Literally the second time this has happened. Wait to be seen and someone jumps in front of you (w/ nobody else in store) and the person behind the desk says nothing and takes care of that person. Disrespectful. Won’t be back for a 3rd- thanks anyway! The reason I’m there is to always fix their own stuff. I waited 10 minutes outside 4 u 2 open as lady w/“airport apt” and u had regular conversation. Thanks

These people are LITERAL angels. Every time I go in there they are super fast, super friendly and perfectly execute what I need done. Not only are their prices fair, they've also just gifted me small little fixes bc it took less than 5 minutes to do. I just can't with them. They are the best! Would give 20 stars if I could!

I broke the watch band on my favorite daily wear watch, and I was recommended to this place. I showed them the issue, and Hiep was quick to help, looking for a pin that would fit the watch where it broke from the metal band. She worked on it for several minutes while I browsed other items in the shop, they also sell coins and bullion bars! Then she told me that it was fixed, and there was no charge! I wasn't sure it could be repaired, and was looking at either buying a new band or a new watch! They also have very reasonable prices on replacement batteries, and can do both the snap on and the screw down back watches. (A major battery retail store told me they can't replace the batteries on the screw down back watches)

This place is excellent! I went to have my watch bracelet adjusted. They took me right away, place wasn’t very busy, and within 10 minutes I was out the door and they adjusted the bracelet for free! They were fast, courteous and service was free.
