I have been going to Kim nails for over 15 years. They are the nicest, most caring people you could ever meet in the cosmetology business. They are very sanitary and make sure all tools and chairs have been throughly cleaned after each and every use. The massage chairs and water jets are beyond relaxing as well. The nail art Jennifer does is wonderful and very creative she’s very talented with the nails. I always get compliments on both my manicures and pedicures! Never had any issue going here with the customer service and health. If anyone should get their nails done it should be at Kim nails. They both always do an excellent job!

Horrible. This places equiptment looks like it is over 50 yrars old. All the pedicure massage chairs were making a very loud farting noise as the kneading was on. They are all broken and the younger chinese lady kept saying ok ok, no problem while I was being annoyed by the defective mechanical chairs. The old asian hag that did my pedicure was about 85 yrs old. Do yourself a favor don’t go here. It appears the two employees are fed up and burned out and can’t stand having a customer walk in. There are modern salons on every corner. You don’t need this run down slum place for a horrible $25 pedicure. This joint has to be a front to import Korean refugees. I was the only customer stupid enough to go there for the first time. Update: I broke out in a severe foot fungus and bacteria infection from the filthy machines and unsanitary tools. Have to stay off my feet for a week now. Too painful to walk. And the place is loaded with bed bugs somehow. I was itching from the bites the whole time in the broken chair. Yuck. I will file report with the Pinellas County Health Dept and the Board of cosmetology.
