All I can say is WOW!
I came in today with my coworker (she had been here before). I originally walked in wanting a mani pedi… as I was waiting for a pedicure chair, Duc (pronounced Duke), walked over and asked me what I was wanting. After telling him my experiences with acrylics, he immediately reassured me that if I had ANY issues with my nails, to come back and he would take care of me. From the moment I walked inside the doors I felt comfortable and knew I would be taken great care of. Duc held conversation with me the entire time (which I love! I hate sitting in awkward silence while receiving a service.). Duc even finished my set while receiving my pedicure so my coworker didn’t have to wait for me since she has started before I did (very thoughtful). I told Duc that I have had pretty bad experiences with nail salons in the past and he reassured me that I can speak up anytime during the service ♡ I think after this wonderful experience, I’ll actually be motivated enough to keep consistent on my nail care.
I will 100% be returning; thanks to Duc!

Annie was so sweet and very patient with my abundance of glitter requests. This was my first time visiting this nail salon and they took great care of my nails. Especially for a soak off and a completely new set of acrylics. I asked for encapsulation, chameleon flakes, stars and chunky hologram flakes. ✨🤩✨

Always a pleasure getting services done here, and reasonably priced. I tried dip nails for the first time recently and they do a gel clear topcoat for the shine. I was trying to avoid the UV light of the gel, but they came out beautiful. I’ll just put on sunscreen before heading over if I want a gel or dip service 😎

I had a scheduled appointment I showed up 3 minutes early. I was told can you wait 25 to 30 minutes! What's the point of an appointment?! I left work early to make sure I made the appointment on time. So I'll never be back that was rude disrespectful unprofessional and inconsiderate

I was truly disappointed! I think some techs are better than others. My tech rushed me to sit down and she start grabbing my fingers and she handed me a basket with all the samples of colors. Was it every time I picked out a pallet that I found interesting? She threw it back in the basket. Then she had my fingers tied up with tin foil taking the gel off. So I couldn't look at the basket of colors. Then when she took the foil off and all the nails were groomed and ready for color, I had to pick up my color and make the decision. I really wanted some nail art but she didn't speak English and it was difficult to get what I wanted. I certainly like the pictures with the Christmas theme. She was pushy, aggressive and I hate to say this unskilled. Unskilled. The dremel kept running off of my nails and I got a 1 minute massage with lotion that wasn't completely rubbed in. When I got home I realized that she didn't trim my cuticles that well and I was disappointed. My pedicure went much better. The chairs stopped massage and I couldn't get the kneader knobs out of my back. It Was very uncomfortable. Sadly, I probably won't return.
