In store customer service is good. There service to come out and evaluate your system is very painfully to schedule. I gave up on them.

We fired our pool service, and Leslie's has saved us! We do it ourselves now, which has led to much less frustration, and a much cleaner pool. - Special shout out to Sheryl! She's the best and so helpful
