paid to have same-day delivery on 22 bags of mulch. delivery was never made. went to the store. no one knew anything about it. gave me a claim number and told me to wait until the third party delivery contacted me. also while in the store, The assistant store manager on duty was too busy or not interested to resolve this issue and all my questions were answered by him or her through a part-time team member at the customer service desk.

Absolutely horrible experience today around 1:15 PM. I purchased my products from Lowes as I’m walking out the front doors They have the vendors that sit outside and try to sell you whatever program they have and I expressed to the young man who is in his early 20s I’m not interested I have work to do I’m sorry I’m busy He stopped me again and He said let me try to sell this product to you I said I’m sorry I’m busy I have no time at the moment and I started walking away he then in turn said well would you have time for me to climb your beard. That is an Inexcusable comment to make to a Lowe’s customer who also has a business account with them and to deal with that as you’re leaving the store is absolutely Inexcusable for some young Man to make a derogatory comment like that to another man in his 40’s is literally inexcusable and absolutely disgusting.

It was a day after the rain so the soil bags are more heavy than usual. I asked for assistance loading them to my car since I had my son with me. This guy came out with not so pleasant attitude like he wasn’t not happy about helping. Despite me explaining and thanking him he did not even crack a smile or say pleasantries like “you’re welcome”. All he could muster was “mhmm”. They just don’t make men like they used to anymore I guess. Probably won’t be back to this location. I liked Lowe’s better than Home Depot but lately HD is more pleasant to deal with.

Place was a ghost town at 11:30 on a Thursday. Which is great with me! Principal reason I came here instead of HD. Sadly these two blueberry plants that were in the discount clearance section were not actually by the time I got to the checkout. I was pretty excited about a reasonably priced set of plants :/

They ran me around looking for something first they told me it was at one end of the store then it turned out it was all the way up the other end of the store but it was a very nice neat organized store.

We ordered Whirlpool electric range. Yesterday the guys came and install the product. They didn't take one of the item next to the switches. Very sharp edges. We paid installation charges. Is some one come and take the item? For me I don't know how to take it out. I don't want to pay anything for this. Does Lowes take care of this as It's not our fault?

Went to Lowe's to pick up material for the work I am doing on my house 🏡, they have most of the material I need in stock I am pretty familiar with the store and don't usually have to ask or assistance but when I do someone is always willing to show me where the item is that I'm looking for customer service is friendly prices are fair 👍😎
