Lack of communication. I sent an email inquiry and never received a reply.
EDIT- because of the holiday season, I jumped the gun with the above review. They reached out and solved my problem quickly.

I've been in the tint business for 31yrs full-time. I've used SunGard till Madico bought them out. They had more selections of other types of film that was alot better like there Shadow, Charcool, and Black Pearl ceramic films.
