  My daughter and I went there shopping and she was looking for a particular Ed Hardy sweat suit she was having a hard time finding the right size for the top and bottom and so they had my daughter size for the top on the to go back rack which had the right size she needed so we took it and got the jacket.. but two young ladies seen that I got the jacket decided to claim that they wanted the jacket. So the lying older lady at the register said I forgot they want the jacket. But I stood there and heard her tell the young lady to put all that stuff back on the go back rack . They lucky I was in a good mood they with the bull she should have put it on the back counter not the returns rack.. suspect because the lady was taking forever to ring up this one lady who kept leaving the register to grab item in the middle of her trying to check her out she kept come back leaving register coming back as if she was giving her something she wasn't paying for the older lady cashier with the long curly hair . It is what it is they need to have better communication and organization skills so that customers don't have to get pissed off.

  This store has a lot of types of things for woman but men wanting to bay something for a female this store and the Ranbow store is very mush the same type of store in the same plaza and on the same section of the portion of that outdoor walking mall

  It’s really hard for me to leave a bad review, but the customer service here is just awful. What makes it worse is that I’m always really kind to people, so it’s disappointing when that kindness is met with complete indifference. And the worst part? I actually like their clothes—so I end up putting up with the most careless, unhelpful service more often than not.
  
  They see you with your hands full, struggling to carry everything, and no one offers to help—not even a simple “Let me hold that for you.” Just now, on Tuesday evening (April 22nd, around 9 PM), I had been shopping for nearly an hour and was the only customer left as they were closing. I politely asked to use the restroom—which I know they have, and not just for emergencies, because I’ve seen them allow people in the back before with no problem—but they simply didn’t feel like letting me, even though I clearly expressed it was an emergency. There was no reason—just a lack of care. Honestly, I felt like walking out and leaving everything behind, but I didn’t want to punish myself after spending so much time finding what I liked, so I went ahead and made the purchase. Still, I left with a really bad taste in my mouth.
  
  Most of the time (unless management is around), the treatment is cold and dismissive—but today was by far the worst. It’s a real shame. The clothes are cute, but having to endure that kind of attitude just to shop here is incredibly disappointing. These girls act like they couldn’t care less—and sadly, it shows.

  Interesting little store, definitely a lot to look at. Just depends on what your style is and what you like. My opinion was a little take off of Miami style as it was definitely very colorful and plenty of patterns. Good prices and some really cute dresses. Check it out, you never know what you might find!

  Love the clothes but has become less and less desirable to shop here, People can’t even enjoy shopping in peace, making people feel uncomfortable by following them around in the store like a watch dog that’s weird, everybody doesn’t steal, the store definitely needs to work on creating a better customer experience.
