We had to exchange a mattress due to being too firm (our doing, not Nathan or Mattress Firm) He exceeded our expectations and made the process simple and seamless. We have purchased 4 mattresses since January this year and will continue to return for years to come when needed! Thank you Nathan!

Bought a mattress online from mattress firm. Slept one night on it, worst night sleep. They have the try the mattress and return policy. So I went into the store trying to get rid of that awful mattress immediately. Nathan helped show me all different mattress. My kids ran around the store for over an hour going crazy while Nathan was super patient while I decided what mattress I wanted. He made sure we were happy with what we got and gave us some great deals and explained everything well. So definitely go in store and not online.

Bought a medium mattress and the base that raises feet and head, and they are perfect.Nathan is very knowledgeable and will take care of you above and beyond. Highly recommend!!! If you are looking for a mattress, definitely go here. There is no pressure to buy, Nathan is very patient, and even though the phone is ringing, etc.. he stays with you. Don't get me wrong, he doesn't follow you like at furniture stores lol... Thank you, Nathan.

Management completely went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience every step of the way! Nathan is the manager but the Assistant manager is also amazing as well by providing excellent customer service and understanding of needs. :)

We came in today looking for another mattress to upgrade as we move into a 2 bed apartment, and Adam was an incredible help. We really appreciated the transparency and his ability to explain the pros and cons of each option. He is very personable and has a great ability to explain the facts and give his professional suggestion based on your needs, without feeling like a salesman just trying to up-sell you on everything.
