I went in there to get a storage unit and the place was clean and nice and the employee behind the desk was very friendly. However after I started to do the paperwork she warned me that the cost would go up in about 4 months. That it was an introductory rate. I turned around and walked out without renting a unit

Tried three times to call and phone says this call will be recorded and then it hangs up. No address on website. I wouldn't trust any business that's run like that.

Rented a space at the unit on Alexis Lane in Tallahassee and was extremely disappointed. The office staff is rarely in the office during office hours. At move it, I wasn't given the proper code to allow me access to the unit and no one was in the office. I waited at least an hour for them to return. Even though the unit was supposed to be AC controlled, it was hot and they had mounted fans in the hallway. It was not at all what I expected considering I was paying for AC. Then at move out, once again, no one in the office. The sign on the door said they would be back at 12:30. At 1:30, I left a note on the door to call me because I was moving out and needed to close my account. I did not receive a phone call back until 3pm and they stated that they were out running errands. The whole experience with this facility was unprofessional and I do not recommend it at all.

Christina was extremely rude and SCREAMED at me when I came in to inquire about a parking space advertised online. The phone at this facility does not work and the hours of operation are incorrect online. When I called the call center to see if I can speak to someone else, they wanted to send my personal information to Christina to follow up. I informed them I'd rather not share my info with her, they said there's no way to contact the district manager.

Update! Yea 4 yrs ago I loved it. Not anymore. My rent has more than doubled since...not happy, time to move on!!!
