I just want to thank Jordan for such a wonderful transfer of my phone. It’s two hours to do what he had to do plus wait on other people. Which I didn’t mind. He was very patient and respectful to me. I appreciate that very much it made it a lot easier. Thank you very much again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT MAJOR ISSUES WITH YOUR PHONE! This place is the absolute worst. I came in to purchase a new phone and the girl working took it upon herself to add a line to my plan that I didn't want and put me through the hassle of having to cancel it, when she could have just upgraded my phone like I requested. When she did this, she compromised my SIM card and now all of my text messages from my phone are coming from a number that has been canceled and disconnected. This occurred on Thursday evening (it's now Sunday afternoon) and my phone is still not sending anything from the correct number. I have had to make multiple calls to customer service and I'm told it takes up to seventy two hours for provisioning to fix the mess this store caused for no reason other than padding their sales numbers and most likely the shady staff's commission.

I want to thank Emilio for the Exeptional customer service he gave me at his store! He was not only courteous, friendly, but helped me with my old school style my Motorola Android. I keep coming back to that same store because every time I have been there the staff is very pleasant and not just out to sell me a phone. Emilio listened and answered all my billion questions! I highly recommend giving business to our local dealers vs online. He upgraded my phone for an amazing price! Thank you so much Sir😁 Have an amazing day!

EMILIO had to clean up a former sales persons problems. He did it with patience, understanding and honesty. I would trust anything he tells us and will buy our next phone from him. Great customer service!!!

Attendant only worried about sales not about customers in general. I suggest they hire people other than family or whoever is working now. Attitude is I don't care?
