This store has horrible customer service. My dad needed a phone upgrade and the guy working there sold my dad a 4g phone. Its so slow he cant even watch a YouTube video. My dad paid $150 for phone, phone case, a month of service and he cannot get his money back nor trade the phone for a 5G phone. My dad is out the money. He is 85 years old and that guy took advantage of him. He went to Cricket wireless and they treated him good.

I bought a new cover for my phone face. When I got home I found out it was cracked and a couple months later they closed down. This Metro store is no longer there

The man was nice and very knowledgeable however he will add unnecessary things to your bill in order to get commission and try to make you pay more than nessasary

DO NOT GO HERE SERIOUSLY.Having to have corporate metro and customer service fix my issues . Will be reporting to corporate also and buy reading other reviews now I am not the first.Horrible store . Find another metro to buy ur phone . The skinny boy with the long black girl like hair that claims he is the manager should not be even aloud to sell phones. He doesn't even know what he is selling on top of being a idiot , He is rude.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE !!!!My parents ended up paying for 5 lines only having 3 phones . The sales man got on the phone with me acted like a male shovinist pig telling me I didn't know what I was talking about . Proceeded to be patronizing by calling me sweetheart. All to find out he screwed my elderly parents. Refuses to allow then to use thier same number after 20 years. Made them open new accounts. For no reason !!!! Customer service straightened it all out after being all the phone for 2 hours ! All these men want is commission!!!!!!

Guys try to charge me more for a phone i had just got at another metro then when i said something bout it he told me maybe their tax is different. Honey tax is same in florida service really bad dont go there
