We paid Sammy to switch my info from one phone to a new one. Everything went great until he tried to offer my dad a new plan, then he reneged. He told my dad he’d give him a plan for $99 then Said $350. My dad refused to pay that so he started yelling at my dad. He claims he helped us out but all he did was do what we paid him to do. DONT GO TO SAMMY HE IS MONEY HUNGRY

I was charged for a lot of extra things that I didn't ask for - protection plan, activation fee, etc. I just wanted to upgrade my phone and got totally screwed over by the guy that sold me the new phone. Stay away from this place!!

If you are looking to get new phones, switch services, start new lines, etc then stop in to the Metro location. Shalin did a fabulous job not only taking care of us but we heard her take care of the people before us as well. Kind of felt like we gained a Metro family tonight. Thank you Shalin and Danixa for helping my husband and I tonight.

Pay attention! It looks like if you don't pay attention to all your charges they will screw you! Sammy(the store manager), sold me a phone, a plan and the activation fee. All supposed to be free or a very low cost, Sammy did all the changes to be the most charges.1)The phone charged was 50 dollars when it was free of charge.2)The plan cost 65 dollars when I could of had a 25 dollar plan.3) Activation fee 35 when it was also a free service.Called costume service and got all my charges adjusted correctly!Customer service told me that's not how they want their customers treated and filled a complaint against him and his store.He does not help people, he only helps himself!

Horrible place. Store manager Sammy "allegedly" scammed me out of several charges. Called customer service and they filled a complaint against the store. Hopefully the store manager gets severe repercussions for how he treats customers. I got OVER charged almost $100 in unnecessary fees. Once customer service fixed these issues for me I called the store to tell him about his misconduct. He stood behind the charges and said that's how he does business. Good luck Sammy boy ?

This is my favorite Metro store and even though I have a metro store right by my house on Us 19 I drive to this one because they are so wonderful at this particular store especially Sammy he's always helpful he's been such an amazing help he goes above and beyond and I really appreciate that and so knowledgeable

I had a good experience with this particular store. Trust me not all Metro stores have the same kind of customer service. Here they are very helpful and polite, not trying to get you to buy what you don't want, likewise they help you with what you do want. Thank you everyone!! Appreciate Ya!
