Nice and clean store. Very well organized to be able to shop for all your craft items. Prices can be high but it's great quality. Employees are friendly and helpful.

I went to this location while in the area for training. It was a Tuesday around 6 p.m. when i walked in. The store was empty, a mess, and the employees were standing around the checkout counter, just having a personal conversation about life. I did spend too much time in the store. Found what I was looking for, grabbed it, and headed to the checkout line. No one in line. The employees were still holding the conversation and waited to finish it before calling me up so I could check out. Okay, rude. Then, when i am checking out, the cashier was not pleasant at all, made no attempt to ask if i found everything i was looking for or to even say hello. I swiped my card and left. No thank you for shopping here or have a nice day. I am so grateful that a) i have a great customer service bone and would never treat someone like this and b) that i do not live in this area and have to consider this location my local Michael. I guess it is hard to find good people that actually want to work and be friendly to the people that shop in your store, hence allowing you to have your job.

Great staff. Piss poor yarn selection. Mostly acrylic and only worsted or bigger. Very sad.
